The motel was nominally less expensive than surrounding properties, but that didn't make up for the lousy room and service. Our bathroom had one window panel missing (yes, the actual window, not the screen). I was required to give a cash deposit for the night even though I prepaid for the room (not a bug deal). At check-out, I mislayed the plastic key card for the room. I was informed that they did be taking $20 from the deposit for the lost key. I ended up finding the key and attempted to return it but was told that it was too late and that I wouldn't get the $20 back. With so many other options in the area, I can't think of one positive thing to say. Sorry, never again!

I booked through “priceline” and the experience was a very smooth process from arriving at the La Casa Motel to completing my reservation process. La Casa is a very nice, comfortable and quiet motel. I was very pleased with their service and the management was very nice. I would recommend this motel to anyone and the price was great!

STUPENDOUS SERVICE. VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. HAND MAIDS ARE VERY MASTERFUL AND PLEASANT. BIG, COMFY BEDS, DESCENT SIZE ROOMS, FRIDGE, MICROWAVE. (LOTS OF SPOTS AROUND THE AREA DON'T ACCOMMODATE SUCH BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE. BEEN TO PLENTY.) OH YES, OF COURSE. AWESOME SHOWER 🚿 HOT, WARM, FEELING FINE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. MANY FOOD PLACES AND RESTAURANTS WALKING DISTANCE AS WELL AS 7-1 AND LIQUOR STORE. 🍺. ROLL ONE SMOKE ONE AT THE LOCAL SMOKE SHOPS. DU MA PHO THE HATERS! I'M A LOYAL REGULAR! P.S. WIFI AND CABLE ALL DAY. 🙂

I booked on priceline, took my money as it was "non refundable", got to motel, then the Indian owner slapped me with a $40 cash only deposit. tried to explain I paid with debit card, they already took my money, and I have no more money except on my credit card, he refused to take a credit or debit card for the $40 deposit and he refused to waive it. I double checked and on their website and on priceline there is NOTHING that states there is a required cash only deposit. There was only two other cars there when checking in at 7pm on a Friday.. Extremely Shady, Very Unprofessional, barely speaks any english.. In all of my years I have NEVER had an issue like this. I had to sleep in my car that night because they took my money, and I had to wait almost a week for the refund. I hope this disgusting greedy trashy place goes out of business. Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Positive: It is a quiet zone and I like the neighborhood but I did had the wort experience at my staying at this hotel so can?t say any good comments the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that I couldn?t get a refund..so disappointed Negative: The room had a cockroaches infestation me and my girlfriend were resting for a bit and then we saw the floor fill with roches..it was disgusting we had to leave the room and go home I just stayed for a couple hours I took video and pics

For 70$ a night through a deal online. Plus 40 dollar cash only deposit. No window to close in the bathroom room shower(cold as hell) the other part of the window was missing. Plus the water DON'T get hot(even colder) and the people who work here treat YOU like a peasant. Just annoying AF. Only going to spend one night because of this. Besides the location advantage their taking advantage of you to gain more in there personal lives. This place is trash for the price. It's worth 50 a night not more than that. I would've been happy if it was 50$ or less, but they think they are better than other affordable motels, they are sadly mistaken. Look, everyone is trying to make a buck and rip someone off, this is one of those places. If they could they would be a private motel , no Americans allowed. They work out private deals for people who talk there same language and over charge everyone else.
