I need to leave 1 star in able to submit a review. The park manager lied to me and while I paid HOA fees and this other person did not, after requesting she not give this person permission to come onto the property and her telling me she wouldn't, she in fact did. Now this person has entered the park multiple times, coming to my private property, when I had her convinced to come onto the property would be trespassing.
Not only did the park manager tell me she wouldn't give her permission, she did and then would not tell the Sheriff's where she directed me whether she did or not. Then after trying for days to determine the company that overseas the park, because she wouldn't tell me, I'm told to stop harassing, which I never did. Now, because of this person's relentless in her quest to cause me trouble, my brother was used as a pawn and is currently in a psychiatric hospital because I made the mistake to leave him alone at the mobile home to quiet his mind and listen to music one day he didn't want to run errands with me. He hurt himself, they're calling it a suicide attempt and it was not. But no one wants to listen to me and absolutely NONE of this wouldn't have happened if this person had not been allowed on the property as I was told she would not be. Neither of us had stayed at the mobile home one night out of fear this person would return and she has.

Well kept park. Nice neighbors, clubhouse, pool & hot tub. There are many events throughout the yr. All holiday's are celebrated, so everyone has a place to go. Also many other events; organized games, clubs, etc. One of the nicest parks of it's kind in the county.
