Went to go pawn an earring and was greeted outside of the pawnshop by a gentleman who was wearing all black with no clear indication he worked there who said woh woh woh hold up no let me see the ring I’m going to walk it around the corner to my manager. This is obviously irregular and I said as much which made the guy irate at which time I’m assuming his manager an overweight gentleman wearing glasses steps in and says why are you saying he doesn’t work here? To which I responded I never said he didn’t work here I said I wanted to go do this inside as this is irregular. The “manager” then says no we already have a problem we’re not going to serve you I said okay and went on my merry way. Most unprofessional establishment in all of Barstow 10/10 would recommend you stay as far away as possible.

The guy with glasses has a very nasty attitude. Also his knowledge about anything electronic is even worse. He claimed to know a great deal but his brain is still somewhere in the 1970s as far anything electronic. He needs to let the other employees run this store while he waits in the back or goes home. His customer service is worse than anything I ever seen. He seems to think every electronic that has ever been made, by every brand, is completely made the same way. First off, if you going to work the counter, how about NOT being on your phone. How about greeting customers instead of having a funky attitude because we “interrupted” your phone time. Isn’t that what lunch is for? If you’re the “owner” you set a HORRIBLE example for your employees. Stop claiming to know everything when you REALLY DO NOT KNOW A THING. Maybe if you ALLOW people to speak, you’ll have a better understanding. But because you are clearly the inventor of every single thing that is brought into this store, I guess the customer who purchased said items don’t even know what they bought even if they had a receipt. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. IF YOU THE OWNER, JUST SELL IT AND MOVE ON. WORSE OWNER OF ANY BUSINESS.

Worst in town business is dirty, disorganized and very poor quality. You can change the name but you can't change the reputation. 0 stars would be the actual rating. Take you items anywhere but here. Get your elbows off the desk and at least fake some semblance of professionalism.

Sapphire was excellent and helped me with all the questions I had! The other guy in the shop with the glasses was very rude and sent me straight to sapphire. The other times I come into the shop , no matter how busy it is , I have to wait until sapphire is free even if the guy isn’t helping anyone. I didn’t appreciate that at all!! I’ll most likely never come back here again!

I come to Oasis pawn and instantly get greeted with welcome arms. Everyone is so polite and great to be around not to mention my kids call Josh Grandpa lol. Sapphire is also a great employee. She very pleasant. You get all the great prices on buying merchandise and they have unbeatable interest rates for your pawned possessions. Once you come here you'll definitely be back! Hi everyone, I'm new to the city this pawn shop did not feel like I was in a jail cell like most. So I walk in with my item and my 2 kids and my 8 month pregnant belly and as soon as I walk in im greeted like she knew who I was. She walked me through the process, it was just an all in all good enough experience for me to want to definitely return for future business.

The staff here is awesome and very helpful. People who understand how pawn shops work shouldn't complain about the percentages given from their sales. these people aren't robbing you they're just flipping your sh*! For you because you were to dumb to keep a fu#! Receipt. Or you stole it. Either way they're helping you. The owner was even willing to sell me his personal drill he accidentally left on the shelf. That's called being down for the ppl. Oasis and it's staff are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with in pawnshops. Be grateful you even have friendly people on that cracked out corner. 5 star ratings from me. Oh and Jessica is the sh*! Yo.
