I found this gem through Expedia, and it was just as beautiful as in the pictures. I stayed in room #9, which was spacious and thoughtfully designed. I loved the small details, like a table for two by the window overlooking the pool and mountains. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bed sheets, towels, and entire room were exceptionally clean! The lighting in both the room and bathroom was perfect—especially for applying makeup.

The decor outside the room was just as charming, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was super attentive, ensuring everything was restocked daily. The pool was also temperature-regulated, which was a great touch!

The location is convenient, with restaurants and stores just a five-minute walk away. Downtown is about a 30-minute walk (slow pace). Communication was easy and quick, and the cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to guests’ needs.

I even had a 30-minute conversation with other guests in the hot tub about how amazing this place and its staff are! The nights were peaceful, and I met some wonderful people during my stay.

I highly recommend this place! I also encourage future guests to treat it with kindness and respect so it continues to be such a great experience for everyone. I will absolutely be coming back for my next winter scape from Canada.

Needed a beautiful getaway for my partners birthday, and Valentine’s Day. Stumbled across this beautiful location. It was such an easy process to check in. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and clean! The pool temperature was perfect, not too cold and not too warm. They have snacks available , coffee and water! This made is genuinely comfortable and felt like home away from home. The cleaning staff were so welcoming and friendly! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED! I wish we could have stayed longer. The room upon walk in was so cute and smelled clean. They had fresh flowers too! There was a mini fridge and a sink area which was nice. I loved the fact that we had a little back patio with lights. The jacuzzi area was so cute and chill. The only thing I noticed was that the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people next to us, clearly. Not that big of a deal but something to note. I would love to stay here again! 10/10

A gem of a boutique hotel! Recently renovated. Tastefully done with great attention to the details. The place is spotless, the pool and spa are lovely and so clean, high end linens and a comfortable bed, PLUS it’s a short walk to restaurants while being far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The owner is very attentive and helpful. The heating and cooling system was easy to figure out and worked well. We loved our stay.

We stayed one night at the Jazz during our West Coast road trip, and it was pure bliss. It was the best sleep my partner and I had during our two-week journey. The pool area was beautiful, and the lounge chairs were incredibly comfortable, perfect for melting into relaxation mode. The back patio was a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy our evening. I recently stayed at Jazz Hotel Palm Springs to celebrate my fiancé's 31st birthday, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Lovely find , well run little hotel. Very clean and nice touches with the little kitchen area with complementary drinks and snacks. Very quiet area about a mile from centre. The owner Annick was really nice and we will return.|The room was spacious and had ca private patio area at the back
