Got a smoke free room that smelled like smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Like hair everywhere. Bed was suuuuppppeeeeerrrrrr comfy though. I don't think I'd choose to stay here again, but if I had to sure.

Accessible to the center of jacksonville..with smoking room that I like. Laundry and vending machine..ice of course ..there is also a pizza place connected to it that will deliver to your room.

Rooms were much bigger than expected and nicely laid out. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed here several days after we lost power at our house. And they are pet friendly, as long as you tell them when you are checking in.

My family had to stay here because our home was destroyed by the tornado on March 31, 2023; also the Red Cross was helping us by paying for the room. The rooms are a little outdated but they are nice and comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful to us while we have been house searching (remember the word "namaste"). The only downside is that the internet is not very reliable in some rooms, mainly due to the number of mirrors and windows in the room, which causes the signal to bounce. It is right near the freeway and has access to several restaurants and businesses that are nearby, if you can tolerate the construction. As long as you tell the staff about your pets, they will let pets stay with you while you are here (we have 3 cats). Compared to some other hotels, this one is one of the cheapest as far as rates are concerned and the staff will work with you. Overall, this hotel has been wonderful to my family and I would recommend checking them out if you need to stay for a night or a few months.
