I can't say enough good things about Iron Oaks Estates! Under the new ownership for the past two years, this mobile home park has truly transformed. The new owner is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. The lot rent here is the most affordable around, and the fact that 90% of the homes are tenant-owned shows the sense of pride and responsibility people feel living here.

What stands out the most is the owner’s commitment to maintenance and supporting residents. Even though home upkeep is the tenant's responsibility, the owner has gone above and beyond by providing solar flood lights to residents and offering helpful resources like parts from homes being torn down. This kind of generosity is unheard of in most places, and it makes a real difference.

The owner is understanding, easy to communicate with, and always open to working with people when issues arise. It's clear that he’s invested in making the park a better place for everyone. I’m excited to see what other improvements he’ll bring in the future!

If you're looking for an affordable, well-managed, and caring community to call home, Iron Oaks Estates is the place to be. Highly recommended!

This trailer park has had its issues but in the 3 years I have lived here it has gotten better. This trailer park has been slowly improving the environment and whole facility by getting rid of trash and empty trailers. They have also been putting new trailer in. The rules here have gotten better and management has gotten better with communication. Would definitely recommend it.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and honestly it's great. The owner was great and understanding and worked with me to get my husband and I in our home. The manager has treated us like family. If there ever is anything wrong she is always happy to listen and help the best way she can.

I've been here since 2019, the best things that have happened are new ownership & new management. If you don't like rules, stay out, otherwise it's becoming a nice place to live. A few "episodes" from visitors, but for the majority, there's been a major turnaround with getting the riff raff out & keeping them out. Change takes time, I'd definitely like to see it as a gated community within the next 5 years. Kudos to new owners & new management for creating structure for a peaceful neighborhood.

I lived in this park since 2017 and since then the park has made many improvements such as on-site laundry room, newer mobiles, safer environment, and paved roads. I enjoyed living here for the most part but it's my time to say my farewells.

A beautiful family oriented park!
I have lived in this excellent mobile home park since 2012 and have since enjoyed the many amenities such as, great management, friendly staff. There is lots of room for the kids to play and plenty of parents to keep watch. The on site laundry facility is very convenient. The close schools and shopping centers have been a delight. I also enjoy how close I am to the famous Featherfalls Casino for lovely date nights with my husband!

I currently live here and have been living here since 2020
Originally rent was 450 and hadn't gone up until new management took over now, they're raising at fifty dollars a year, with no signs of stopping they cut down the tree. That shades my trailer right before summer they hassle me constantly giving me fourteen day notices for site cleanliness without leaving any means of contacting them 4 specifics the laundry machines are constantly going out and we're infested with roaches, not too long ago which took them four months to fix
It feels like living in communist china i used to be able to walk my dog up and down the park without any issues i'm losing all of the freedoms I used to Enjoy

Like most places things need work. The newest On-site manager has been trying their best to get things done and get things fixed. Giving time for things to be done and also bringing everyone together and helping everyone out.
