Por ubicacion y precio este hotel no tiene igual en esta zona. Incluyen cocina y acceso a albercas o jacuzzi desde la habitación en primer piso. Muy limpio y la atención del personal fue adecuada, me hubiera gustado un poco más de amabilidad pero fuera de eso mi visita resultó placentera. El único detalle en mi habitación fue que el sistema de AC no funcionaba, pero el clima estuvo agradable y no hizo falta.

I really can't even rate this place! After making prior arrangements with the "new" manager to check in early, we arrived to be told we couldn't have the requested room, already paid for. We were told we could wait by the pool until another room was cleaned. It was hot, the pool and area around it were dirty! After waiting 1hr and 15 min. Which was approx. 15 min before actual check in time, no one had even started cleaning our room. We left and I sent a message asking the manager to give us credit for the room on our card. She replied 4 days later and offered a voucher toward another stay, no refund! We will never stay there again.
Not handled well, every one wad blaming someone else for issue!

DO NOT STAY HERE. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. This place made my list for worst hotels. They obviously don’t know how to clean anything properly, our bed had tons of hair in it(no bed bugs luckily, we checked), shower grout was moldy, dust on top of the fridge and shower, and the floors turned our feet black within an hour. The room we got was not as pictured, with a thin wobbly bed frame and used repainted furniture with a handle or two missing, no phone in our room, and the smoke detector was laying on top of the fridge not connected to a wall and not turned on. Our “curtains” were wicker and 90% see through ensuring no privacy, and the air conditioning has levels 1-5, 1 the coolest and 5 the warmest. We had it on 1 the entire visit and it still wouldn’t get cold. The towel situation angered me the most. We had two towels and a hand towel when we arrived, we used one on the ground as a mat and it was brown when we were done. Went down to the office, asked for three more towels, never received them, had to track down the housekeeper and she gave me attitude when i asked for more than one towel (2)and when they serviced our room, they left us with one bath towel and one hand towel, not even fresh ones. Also the water temperature does not stay one temperature, it will randomly go from nice and warm to freezing cold and then to scolding hot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT STAY HERE. if you prefer privacy, good service and a clean, up to regulation room go elsewhere.

Beautiful room, friendly service. Amazing price (65 dollars for the night) especially for the high quality of the room, lovely modern furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, loved the balcony too!! Also extremely soft and comfortable bed, honestly one of the most comfortable beds I've encountered at a hotel.
