Love living here! Would recommend 10 out of 10. It’s a quiet and peaceful location. Centrally located for commuters to Bart and 168. But not too close to be noisy. Staff is wonderful and quick to respond to needs.

I am having an amazing experience at IMT Pleasant Hill in the 2 weeks we have been moved in. First and foremost, I wanted to give recognition and a big shout out to the property manger, Rafael, for being supportive, doing everything in his power to help us, and empathizing with our situation. He made it a mission to make us feel supported in all ways possible. You can tell he really cares while staying professional. I recommend everyone to go check out IMT Pleasant Hill.

This is our first apartment ever and we could not be any happier to call this home. The pool area looks outstanding and can not wait to jump in during the summertime. The Gym has enough to get a nice work out in. The place is very presentable.

The unit is very clean and spacious with a walk in closet, everything works, parking is very easy for residents and guests. Very clean. Once again, Thank you Rafael!

About two weeks into the move and couldn’t be happier! Those at the leasing office, especially Katrina and Mele, helped a lot in answering all of the questions we had through the application and move in process. They seem happy to work here and help which I think is a good sign to know they will be involved and answer anything I might need help with. The community is very nice, friendly, and quiet. It is very clean and close to everything we need. Overall no complaints at all 🙂

So far everything has been great here at IMT Pleasant Hill. As a first time renter, Mele was very kind, patient and gave me good advice throughout the whole process. I was able to meet a few other staff members who greeted me with open arms. Overall the area is very quiet and peaceful and very conveniently located around shops, transportation etc

Another review for here!
Maintenance is a 10/10 most of the time they can come the same day! The maintenance man is so sweet! We always get to chat and talk! I always feel 100% comfortable to let them in my home without being present! They always wear booties and clean up their mess! I haven’t had bad maintenance issues at all! Just clogged drains and clogged sink which is very common!!!!
I LOVE the maintenance manager! ❤️

I've been living here for about four months, and I can't find anything positive to say about this place anymore.

1. There’s a giant sign in front of the office advertising "3 Tour Options," but since I moved in, I’ve seen more people moving out than in. That sign is always there—a major red flag!

2. If you're a fan of spiders, you'll feel right at home here!

3. The utility costs are through the roof—sewer, garbage, and water are all expensive. I suspect I'm also footing the bill for the constant watering of the grass, which happens twice daily (around 10 pm and 4 am). And to top it off, my "view" is just the parking lot!

4. The worst part is the lack of security. Cars are vandalized, and management does nothing to prevent it or communicate with tenants. Just last night (9/9), three cars, including mine, were vandalized. Management knew about it by 9 am, but I only found out at 10:48 am when a police officer called me. The apartment manager didn’t reach out, claiming he was "too busy." Their attitude is dismissive—they just say, "it's happening everywhere." Move on!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the trouble.

The water has been shut off 4 times since I have moved here. I have been here for 6 months. I believe even though 4 times may not seem like a lot, this is too big of an inconvenience. If the pipes are so bad here, units should not be leased out. People need to shower, wash clothes, and use the restroom and we should not have to go elsewhere to do so when we are PAYING for something as simple as water. Don't move here.
