I was happily surprised that this hotel was so joyful , from the time we walked in. The rooms are nice and clean. We went to the bar area and had dinner. Not over priced. The person there was just as nice. I'll definitely be back.

Rooms are nice but the policies and staff are completely belligerent. Lost my wallet during my trip, they wouldn't take my credit card number that I know by heart, wouldn't even take my friends card for my room unless the reservation name was changed to his name. Had to have the CEO of my company call them and threaten them just so I could get my room that was already paid for. They don't accept cash anywhere in the hotel, yet they have an ATM in the lobby that charges your 4$ for a transaction. If you can't accomodate a paying customer when he's already having a horrible day, then you shouldn't call the front desk guest SERVICES

I really enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. I got a one-room king suite for a decent price and recouped from a red-eye in the super comfy bed! The gym was really spacious and the machines all seemed to work well which is not always the experience at hotel gyms. The couch was really cozy and I enjoyed a leisurely morning, late checkout, and the continental breakfast. The kitchenette looked great but I didn’t get the chance to use it much. Only hiccup was no shower gel in the shower but I let the front desk know and hopefully that gets remedied for the next person.

I would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself and the staff was great. They provided my family a crib and an extra blanket for my family. The only negative is the tv lost video half way through the day. They gave my son a free ice cream for the troubles! The breakfast was cooked well and I appreciated being treated well.

The staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and impeccable professionalism.||The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable. ||The amenities were great. Complimentary water was provided.

We have never had such terrible customer service at a hotel before. We arrived at noon after travelling since 3am and kindly requested to check in to our room early. They let us know our room wasn’t ready yet but we could sit in the lobby to wait. We waited for a couple of hours (literally sleeping on their couch) and finally left to do some shopping before coming back. We came back at 7pm to get to our room, only to find that the room we had actually booked (2 queens plus a double sofa bed) was not what they gave us. They gave us 2 queens a single couch (no bed). So we went back downstairs and requested the room that we had actually booked and they said because we had booked through a 3rd party website (hotels.com) they couldn’t guarantee the room. I asked why they were “downgrading” our room and they said they didn’t have available what we booked. |I went online to Hyatt.com to check room availability and the exact room we wanted was available. I asked the front desk why their site showed the room type we needed available and he said it was a website error.|By this time my child was in tears from exhaustion and they did absolutely nothing to help us or resolve the situation.|The staff was rude and didn’t care one bit about us. I have stayed with Hyatt multiple times before but have NEVER experienced this lack of customer service in my life.

The pillows were nice and fluffy. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was quite large and very clean. The front disc people were very helpful and friendly. Their bar areas very nice and the bartender with exceptionally good. The only downfall was the breakfast. It was cold.
