The HACB for the Chico location on Forrest Ave are by far the most compassionate professionals in the business.
Joel M. and Juan M. especially went above and beyond what my family expected.
Their maintenance crew are very knowledgeable and are professionals at their job.
The entire staff at the housing authority for the county of Butte have forever gained the love and respect from me and my family.
Special thanks to Tony and Monica who are always kind very knowledgeable also Jason one of their maintenance guys who never leaves a mess and is always patient with my dog's who can be pretty annoying.
I live in a safe neighborhood now and to me and my family this is the most comforting thing we could ask for!

Tony is an amazing source for info at the front desk. Walk in and if the info is to be had, he has it. The team as a whole is a joy to work with. There is also a veterans worker there which is an amazing asset. A great group of people.

I cash my checks at this center because Andrea is always smiling and is always happy and makes me feel good to come into the center for more then just cashing checks. I have stop going to other places cause she just has the best customer service.

Visiting my mother today when Melissa Kim showed up. The way she spoke to me was absolutely horrible. I have never felt so disrespected by the way she looked at me and spoke to me. I will be filing a formal complaint. Also my mothers house is constantly falling apart while many others homes are being remodeled/getting new appliances etc. It took them 8 months to get my mother a new fridge.

Good program. My children and I were able to have many good years in housing. One of my sons received a full scholarship to MIT university and moved out to Boston to attend school. Now that kids are grown, I'm in a nice 1 bedroom. Best looking public housing I've seen.

Me being a father of an 18 month old they should have had a changing table in the bathroom it is a Housing Authority that deals with families but other than that it was very friendly the staff was very helpful
