Horrible Experience at Hotel USA Delhi – Absolute Fraud!

I had the worst experience at Hotel USA in Delhi. This place is a complete scam. I was charged far more than the initial booking rate, and the staff did nothing to help resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the room I was given was infested with bugs! I can't believe such a filthy place is still operating. There were visible cockroaches and bed bugs crawling on the walls and sheets. The hygiene was absolutely appalling.

On top of all this, the staff were incredibly rude and arrogant. I asked for a room change, and the receptionist was dismissive, even laughing at my concerns. It's clear they don’t care about the comfort or safety of their guests. They seem to only care about taking your money and offering nothing in return.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It’s a health hazard and a rip-off!

They are trying to take as much as money they can. We 3 took a 1 room morning 8:00 AM and did checkout at 1:30 PM same day. The money was fixed during checking and it was 2016 including GST. At the time of checkout they said to pay service charge and gst as extra of around 300. Really bad experience. The taxi pearson took at this hotel. Never go here, they are giving huge commission to taxi peoples. Check the review and decide yourself, before going tonany hotel

Worst hotel ever I stayed in my life...hotel rooms are full of bugs. While you are into hotel they show good room kept it ready in display to make customers fool. Once you check-in the real rooms will be given where you find bugs everywhere. No one will respond once you checked in. Also they will fool you for sightseeing as well. Please don't think of staying here.

Very bad hotel .....no body should visit.....they don't even pay GST and provide you bills. They are saying different things and receive payment and then after their behaviour is different. Most important thing is they are collaboration with auto drivers. In the name of showing hotels they are bringing customers to here . Please any one thinking to visit Delhi , be careful for these drivers and also these hotel owners of paharganj area.

This hotel is in good location but the services of the hotel was worst. The leaving room was full of cockroach. AC has disconnected by the owner from ground floor if you run overnight. The owner has no manners how to talk with customer. Reception and the service boy have also no manners. And they asked to check out in 24 hours. If you check in at 4 O'clock morning then you have to check out in 4 O'clock in the morning. Otherwise you have to pay full day money. Overall this is the worst hotel i ever stay.

Very bad. The young man at the reception was very rude and have no sense how to talk with customers. We went there early morning coming from Manali. He talks very rudely and told us that we have to check out early in the morning i.e. 5 AM. We then refused to stay there.He then arrogantly told us that "abhi yaha se jaake dikhao". Such behaviour is not good for a hotel like this in prime location. The rooms are full of bugs and dirty..bathroom is not good. Allover experience is worst.

worst experience ever of my life and guys let me tell you one thing when you get out of the railway station don't ever take recommendations a hotel from texi driver instead search on google their will be plenty of good hotels available in very affordable prices.This hotel so called "USA HOTEL” theirs no proper service plus the rooms are very unpleasant let me share you my experience a texi deiver recommend us this USA HOTEL and when we were at reception this guy smartly showed us that catalog by describing this dulux room is the best and we paid 3000 but how down people can go rite i mean that survice guy took us to this small room where theres nothing but unsatisfying bed and poor bath room with no TV,no AC actually he was scamming us by taking us to low price room when we actually paid 3 Thousand for what thay called is " DULUX ROOM “OMG and those services guys have a ZERO experience with ZERO manner.The way there's saying don't judge a book by its cover thats goes opposite here.The only good this about this hotel is that uncle or may be he's the owner let me tell you why.Well we came all the way from DARJEELING for some personal matter but we didn't got the returning ticket but he helped us to book the confirmed ticket but the way we paid 18 thousand for 2 tickets it was exhausting while waiting for our tickets we even had lil quarrels section for a while about our tickets omg i brust into tears not bcoz i was scared but i got soo angry and high tampered damn it was the first time we traveled independently but the worst part of our journey is staying into this hotel. trust me i will never recommend this hotel
