Un excelente hotel con una ubicacion que seria envidiable por muchos. A pasos de El Paseo y muy accesible por las calles, la principal Portola. Mi habitacion estaba en el tercer piso frente a las montañas y esto fue maravilloso! Ya sea verlas desde el balcon o dentro de mi dormitorio, al atardecer y tempranito por la mañana al dia siguiente. El cuarto estuvo impecablemente limpio. Fue un ambiente muy harmonioso por la decoracion del hotel, su limpieza, relajante de ver las montañas en todo momento y me entro una Paz unica! Me encanto tomar agua heladita en el lobby, ya sea al entrar o salir del hotel. Los empleados del Valet Parking fueron muy respetuosos, educados y amables. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y espero visitarlo nuevamente en el proximo año.

I needed to book this hotel for a group of nine people who are attending a local conference nearby. I had never visited there before, but thought that the location would be ideal. When we arrived, everyone in the group absolutely raved about the hotel. It was clean, beautiful bright, they had an excellent outdoor area with games of fire pit and a pool. The location was absolutely perfect for being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants after our conference. We were also able to eat at the Larkspur Grill. That’s right on site. Several of the evenings were there they had live music and dancing and made for fun atmosphere. However, our room is extremely spacious, and very quiet. The bathroom Was gorgeous and the water pressure was some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. We absolutely will come back and agreed as a group that we no longer want to even attempt to stay at the conference hotel that we want to stay here next year again because of the great experience we had. I also want to give a huge shout out to the two young men who are decorating the lobby for the holidays. They worked all day and set up some of the most beautiful decorations that I’ve ever seen. They even matched some of the Christmas trees to the awesome artwork. That’s all around the hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The surrounding area is brimming with dining options and a wide variety of shopping, all within walking distance. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by breathtaking artwork and thoughtfully designed interiors. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and my room was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for business or personal travel.

The outdoor amenities truly set this place apart, mini golf, a pool, a spa, and even a ping pong table made for endless fun and relaxation. The on site café is both delicious and convenient, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Plus, the convenient valet service made my stay even more effortless. Anytime I’m back in Palm Desert, this will be my go to spot, no question!
