El hotel ofrece desayuno sin costo de 6am a 9am que es una bendición, el motivo por lo que estoy muy molesto es por la actitud de una de las señoritas que atienden el comedor, me hizo sentir mal y no fue nada amable.

Nothing short of amazing. Came here for a pretty new cancer treatment ? and they made me feel like a queen?. The hotel and staff are accommodating and friendly. I get a shuttle to my treatments and appointments. If there are any middle of the night emergencies security takes me to emergency treatment center. The restaurant has great food and cocktails. The rooms are clean and comfy with a kitchen. Each floor has a lounge, large balcony, a smaller lounge on the other end, a laundry facility and ice maker. I loved it here.

Beautiful facility and the service is good classic entrees/ salads and sandwiches little pricey but quality is exceptional and great ambience and for people who come here with love ones to get treatment and you can rent room .the care is legendary of city of hope. This place is mindblowing people who cares so much in 3 years I never came across a person who wears the batch of this place wasn't exceptional and caring when whole would is upside down

Someone deceived me or really dropped the ball. I was told repeatedly by COH staff I’d get a double room studio to accommodate my caretaker and I but instead my daughter and I got a a so called “king” bed to share in a very small room.
I tried to fix the situation and was told that only patients with a stay longer than a week get the studio. I wonder what they’d need it for if they have no caretaker. Looks like they took my studio and gave it to someone else and they could not be honest about it. I should at least get that after my health insurance has payed in four months to COH enough money to buy a house in California!

First this hotel is so beautiful! The City of Hope staff all recommended the restaurant saying the food was amazing.
We had dinner, I had the scallops. They were Devine! Perfectly prepared, succulent and sweet. Then the next day decided to try the happy hour (3-9pm!) The bartender Adrian is a wonderful bartender, friendly and welcoming. He knows his cocktails!
Highly recommend this place! Elegant and beautifully prepared food, reasonably priced, and a welcoming great bar.

4.5 stars!!!! This hotel was a blessing after my moms surgery. Communication between the hospital and hotel was a little spotty but nothing terrible. The staff was very accommodating in helping to get my mom and our stuff from the car to our room. As soon as they saw 2 guests, they moved us from 1 king bed to a queen bed and a pull out couch without even asking which was so thoughtful. The room had a luxurious feel to it and beds were comfy. My only "major" complaints were I asked for a blanket for the pull out couch and the 2 blankets they brought were towel material and extremely uncomfortable. And second we were on the first floor and the window only had sheer curtains so a lot of lights came in. The food at the restaurant was a little pricey but absolutely delicious.
