Our recent stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Rancho Cordova Sacramento was outstanding. The suite was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made our extended stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout our visit.

The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Despite being close to major highways, the environment was peaceful, allowing for relaxation after a busy day.

We appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast each morning, which offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the staff ensured that all items were promptly replenished.

The outdoor amenities, including the heated pool and firepit area, provided perfect spots to unwind. The availability of gas grills was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a home-cooked meal outdoors.

The staff's professionalism and friendliness stood out. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and eager to assist, making us feel truly welcome.

Overall, Homewood Suites by Hilton Rancho Cordova Sacramento exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the Rancho Cordova area.

Really great Hilton property just outside of the bustling Sacramento scene, and adjacent to highway 50. There's also a fantastic shopping center just across the highway for any thing forgotten or needed for your trip.

This property offers breakfast every day, typical continental breakfast of eggs, fruits, waffles, coffee/juice and varying sides depending on the day.

Of the Hilton properties in the surrounding area, this property is newer and isn't as worn down.

Physical security seems to be at the forefront of this property. Side entrances are closed between 10p-7a and all coming and goings occur at the main entrance. Digital key is enabled if your a Hilton Honors member and use their app.

Very nice hotel! New build, with very spacious and comfortable rooms with very nice staff. The only bad thing is a huge 5G tower on top of the building next to the hotel. High radiation made me tired during my stay with a headache..

No room cleaning on weekends. Laundry wash+dry requires $6 worth of quarters but front desk has none. Excellent breakfast selection! Good gym room. Checkout here is earlier at 11am.

The actual stay wasn't too bad despite several deficiencies. But watch your valet. We finished our stay, checked out, paid the bill, got a printed receipt, and left. When we got home, I compared the printed bill with the charges posted to my credit card. To my surprise, I found that after we left, they posted an additional charge to my credit card. After contacting the hotel manager, I got a runaround, and when I sent him all documentation regarding this charge, clearly disproving his excuses, he stopped responding. Now, I have to deal with the Hilton corporate office and my bank. ||This is totally unacceptable. First, you don't post charges after the bill was settled without customer's approval. That's like settling your bill in a restaurant, and after you leave, they take advantage of having your credit card particulars and charge you for an extra steak you never had. Second, you don't ghost your customer during a dispute. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for many years, both personally and professionally. At one point, I was a Diamond member of their loyalty program. ||This makes me question the honesty and integrity of Hilton corporation. Very disappointing!

After an enjoyable first stay, I returned to Homewood Suites, and I’m thrilled to say this visit was just as wonderful as the first. A special shoutout to Sheena Smith and Rosa Gonzalez, who not only remembered me but truly made me feel at home—even while away. Their warmth and attention to detail captured exactly what great hospitality is all about.
