My husband I just moved into our unit (A6F.2 floor plan) and we love it! We enjoy the private stairwell and that our door is the only one located on the 2nd level on one side of the building. Surrounding tenants are friendly and we enjoy the privacy and inclusivity of accessing our unit.

Roop Sidhu assisted us with the application process. She also gave us a hand written post card welcoming me and my husband to our new home, which wee appreciate! ♥️ This floor plan has limited availability, so reach out to Roop Sidhu to secure a unit asap!

Thanks Roop you are awesome! 🙌.

Roop and Randy were absolute gems to work with.
Roop has such a warm personality that it makes you feel welcome from the first moment you meet her. She is attentive, professional, and kind. She will listen to your needs, likes, and dislikes and find the perfect fit for you. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and settled in the community.
Randy and the other maintenance man in training (super big apologies I cannot remember the gentlemen’s name) were also incredible. Both were very kind and very professional. They made sure we knew all the safety features in our unit and how all the appliances function/what to do if something goes wrong etc. They made the appointment quick but very efficient. It was great working with them.

This place is a dream. The community checked all the boxes for me. Leasing office staff is super friendly, warm, and welcoming. I am so appreciative of all of them, especially our leasing girl Nicole. Her energy is fantastic and I loved every part of working with her to get into my new home! All our questions and concerns were answered, and we genuinely could not be more excited to move in.

The biggest highlights and determining factors in making my decision to move here were: for my unit specifically, I had an attached garage with extended driveway that already had EV charging ready, brand new appliances and new finishes, the community center and amenities are so over the top, and the dog park with dog wash stations for my pups.

My wife and I moved to homecoming at the resort in December 2022. Unfortunately we had to break our lease and move to another unit here at the property. I endured racism, and my wife endured physical battery from a next door neighbor. There was a lack empathy and action from the property manager Brandon Smith despite police reports, footage, grant of a no negative contact order from a judge and the arrest of the neighbor. Racial slurs from this neighbor was in February 2024 and physical battery on my wife by this neighbor was in March 2024. Things were escalating. The neighbor never got removed or moved. Since March 2024, my wife has made the office aware of micro aggressions from this neighbor (i.e. following closely within 3-4ft of out personal space within stairwell, long terms of staring into our garage while walking by, profanity being shouted from neighbor and their guests from their patio, purposely moving our door matt etc.) This neighbor also has a history of being combative with others (i.e. throwing ice at the bartender at the 2023 Oktoberfest Event hosted at complex). My wife and I created our own solution to apply for another unit here. Roop Sidhu (leasing consultant) was happy to assist us . Since our move in September 2024 to another unit, we are happier ,safer and neighbors are more pleasant. Although the wait was rather long for a unit with private entry and no shared stairwell to become available, we are satisfied with Roop Sidhu's assistance.

I was a resident here for nearly two years. The office staff was amazing! Everyone was always available and helpful. The resort style complex made me feel relaxed and safe. I didn't have many issues with my apartment, but the few times that I needed any type of maintenance, the issue was fixed quickly. Homecoming is definitely one the best apartment complexes around. This was a great experience for me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I never leave reviews, so just know I’ll give you the real. My wife and I lived here for two years—we were the first residents in our unit. Prior to signing the lease, it felt as just because we were young the sales agent was acting like we couldn’t afford to live there and when I provided W2’s she was like asking me what I made for the year and had me read it to her over the phone once we got back from the tour. Wasn’t a good feeling to begin with, but within the first week of moving in, someone stole my shoes from our porch. Keep in mind, this was a gated townhome with a “secure” porch, located right in front of their cameras, which turned out to be useless. When I reported the theft, management admitted the cameras didn’t work and couldn’t review the footage. So, security was clearly an issue.

Then came the ants—tons of them. This was a brand-new townhome, yet there were colonies of ants inside the walls. We had to spend extra money on pest control just to make our living space tolerable.

Amenities:
I work as a talent manager, working with athletes and actors, etc…, and I thought the community looked nice enough to host a meeting in one of the boardrooms. The policy allows two guests, but my client had an additional guest…a baby sister with them. The concierge followed me upstairs, repeatedly asked if I actually lived there and which unit I was in, and then made a big deal about the baby being an “extra guest.” It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and ridiculous considering I was paying over $3,800 a month in rent. Also I’d say I was a pretty familiar face, so I won’t say racist but I think just bored, abuse of “power”, and lack of awareness to a situation.

The basketball court? Always full of little kids or random people who somehow knew the gate code and just let themselves in.

It’s supposedly smoke free but there’s a lady that smokes right in front of the dog park. So if you wanna sit out there be ready to deal with second hand. She also has a “I hate people pillow lol” can’t miss her.

Crime:
It felt like every other day, helicopters were circling, announcing things like, “If you see someone in a black hoodie, call 911.” I’ve seen SWAT teams show up and arrest people. At one of their “casino night” events, a fight nearly broke out between two residents.

Move-Out
But the final straw—the reason I’m even writing this—was the move-out process. They offer an inspection to let you know if anything needs to be cleaned or repaired before you leave. The inspector told us, “Just fill the nail holes, and you won’t be charged for paint and the house looks good.” A few weeks later, after we had already moved out of state, they sent us a bill for everything. I requested an inspection report—nothing. Asked for clarification—more nonsense. With no way to dispute the charges from another state, we had to pay just to put it behind us.

All in all, living here was frustrating, overpriced, and not worth the headache. Attaching a photo of the ants so you know I’m speaking facts. I could attach emails of the stolen shoes report, harassment reports, and etc.. but anyone reading gets the point.
