The front desk wasn’t very hospitable. They neglected to service my room twice even with 24 hr notice. I did not get my complimentary welcome bag. The place was loud and dirty. The parking lot was filthy with Chipotle bags cans of beer and water bottles. Also the parking area had so much garbage from In and Out scattered everywhere. There is a lot of foot traffic going and coming. If you work nights bring ear plugs. The jets are loud and you can hear the fwy. Avoid the breakfast it’s not worth it.

The room was not clean enough to stay in. Crumbs and hair in the ground- had not been vacuumed let alone mopped. Felt a little sticky to walk on. Surfaces hadn’t been adequately wiped down. And it was clear that housekeeping had been there- just didn’t spend more than 5 min. We packed up and left shortly after arriving - just couldn’t stay there. Would never try and book a Home2 again.

I like to give honest reviews and give people heads up, so here it is.
The room was decent. King bed with a pull out sofa bed. The room was cleaned but the bathroom had mold and humid areas, which was shocking for such a new hotel. The housekeeping sucks.. it says every 5 days for long stays and needs to be scheduled 24 hours prior to service day so DO remember this rule. There is WiFi but hackers are constantly targeting hotels so beware and use hot spot or protection software when using the public WiFi and that’s for any hotel. The room is suitable for a single person/couple with maybe a young infant. There is limited space, check the other photos for references. There is also no stove inside the rooms but you can ask for a portable cooktop to pick up at the front desk. Which leads me to my next point, it was really hard to locate someone at the front desk, I would call with no luck and then walk over and also no luck - very weird. I would recommend hotel for quick stays not long stays unless you’re okay with what’s mentioned!

Great location for TDYs to March ARB. great choice of restaurants that are all walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of room service. You have to schedule 24 hours ahead of time but they were already booked for the whole week which was pass my stay, so I didn’t get any service done to my room

I want to give five stars to this hotel. Wife and I stayed for five weeks instead of renting an Air B&B. As members of Hilton Honors and with their American Express credit card, we were able to get good rates for the long stay....The Hilton suite was roomy enough. The breakfast is very good, with coffee always available. Housekeeping is by request on appointment, so you don't have to worry about unexpected knocks on the door etc...I want to mention Amy, who manages the front desk most of the time. She was extremely engaging and helpful.
There is a very nice grilling and sitting area alongside the pool with fire pits....The location is walking distance from several good fast food places, including In and Out Burger, and near a filling station/convenience store, near the main freeway (215) and 15 minutes driving to suburban shopping areas.
My only complaint is that my phone connection was unreliable from inside the room. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Service was horrible, very rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. The key system was not working so the employee (only one) had to walk each guest to their room and let them in (this was done at her leisure). The facility has 3 floors with between 250-300 rooms and they only have 4 luggage caddies. All of which were either taken or she did not know where they were so we had to carry all of our luggage up ourselves. We were gone all day Saturday came back to the hotel and our toilet was clogged. We called down and asked for a plunger “they said okay” after 30 minutes we got no response so my husband had to go down to reception. The employee said “we do not have a plunger and no way of unclogging the toilet. We are sold out but room #332 has a foul odor so I will give you a key to that room and you can use that bathroom.” A hotel to this scale and no way of unclogging a toilet. The worst part was the service though. The women always made you feel like you were a nuisance to her and beneath her. We had no control of getting into our rooms but she sure made you feel awkward asking if she could walk you up to let you in. We travel a lot and have had some mixed experiences, but this was by far the worst.
