Nos quedamos con mi familia en este hotel porque estaba cerca al Ames research Center. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño pero todo esta gastado. El olor del cuarto era horrible asi como el de todo el hotel. Nos dieron nuestra habitación y estaba sucia ! Los huespedes anteriores habian dejado comida y cascaras de frutas. ||A mi hijo le picó una pulga en este hotel.||He estado en hoteles de esta categoria en otras partes y han sido de mucho mejor calidad y mucho mas barato. Aqui nos cobraron un precio de locos por una noche en un hotel que no merecia ni la mitad de lo que pagamos.||Me siento realmente estafada.

Came on a business trip. Stayed 3 nights. The stay was perfect and exactly what I would expect from a holiday inn express. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. The breakfast was up to par with the holiday inn express standards. I expect to be back soon.

The hotel is in a bit of a rough area and the front of the hotel was not obvious upon arrival. The desk clerk was watching a show on his phone every time we went up/by there. I had to speak before he paused it. The water bottle filler on the fountain didn’t work and there was no water cooler in the exercise room. There wasn’t any bacon at the breakfast for quite sometime and they didn’t have the Chiobani yogurt I usually find at Expresses. What was there wasn’t great. The TV station we tried to watch in the room kept cutting out, so we gave up. Those are all very minor concerns though. Overall the stay was very good. The room was comfortable and very clean which is the most important thing. Once inside the hotel, we felt safe and there is a parking garage.

The hotel is just ok. Room is clean. Size of the room is bigger than other hotels with same rate. Breakfast is just ok.
The bed is quite hard and I can feel the bed spring when I lie down. Uncomfortable.
I like the sink and faucet immediately when I enter the room but I wish there's a small wash basin and sink also in bathroom.
The noise in the corridor can be heard inside the room.

There was little stains all over the place in my room. Any questions I had were answered promptly. It was easy to find the location. The Continental breakfast was lacking. But for the price I paid, and what it is, I would stay here again.

Wait for check in 40-50 min
Check in - 20 min (rep was FaceTime caller to get help on computer? It cause a lot of delay, maybe not trained? When I asked he said it was just busy.)
I have never had to wait this long for check in EVER
We were late for a concert in Mountain View due to check in issue.

After we got back from the concert 10-11pm we found dead ants near our pillow. Room was dusty. We were too tired to bring to attention so we tried to sleep, the night was so uncomfortable. I felt itchy all day. Bed was very uncomfortable and itchy. Air conditioning was either freezing cold, or too hot. I kept waking up every hour.

I would not stay here again because of the check in, cleanliness, and uncomfortable bed stay.

Rooms are actually pretty nice considering it's a Holiday Inn. Located near the Bay View campus and other Google buildings accessible via bike routes. Staff are mid in terms of friendliness but aren't bad. Lobby has basic snacks and necessities for purchase. Laundry facilities onsite for a fee.

The staff is nice. Breakfast was sub par with few choices. Elevator seemed to be running bad and there was no certificate on display. The first room I had was smelly but I got a new one.
