We visited our daughter for Christmas and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Jackson for 11 nights.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The gracious lady who works the breakfast five days a week was outstanding in her hard work and eagerness to meet the needs of the customers. Daily maid service was available to supply items on request. They checked with us every day to make sure we had what we needed. We appreciate the efforts of all of the staff to make our stay comfortable and affordable.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast will do. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Parking is great. There is a movie theater right next door as well. If you want to watch a movie or grab a bite. Bad a great stay for what it is out here. I can’t complain.

So convenient when I have a quick turn around at work. The staff are always so helpful and quick to mitigate any issues. I sleep great and get plenty of quiet time. I really enjoy staying even when I don't have a back to back shift! Very relaxing and when I get ready to leave there is a very nice breakfast piping hot and fresh. I can sit or take it to-go style!

The room was nice. The hotel was clean and the staff was semi accommodating. I had left my charging block plugged in to the lamp plug in the desk. I called the next day to ask them for it and no one has seen it. No one stayed in that room since me and the maid was off that day. They said they would talk to her the next day and call me back I have yet to hear from anyone. I know exactly where I left it. So if no one has stayed in that room only an employee could have taken it. It is very sad that you just can’t trust people to do the right thing. I only use it when I travel as it will charge most all of my electronics with one thing so less I have to carry when traveling.

Everything was fabulous until I realized I had left behind my wireless charger for my electronics. I called the morning after I checked out to let them know exactly where in the room I had left it. It is a good sized white square block. They had told me no one had stayed in the room I was in the night I left. It wasn’t where I said it was or in the lost and found. The housekeeper who worked the day I left was off but they would talk with her the next day when she came in. Mind you this is after I had to call them back as no one had returned my call as they said they would. I have tried to call a few times and no one has answered since then or returned my calls. It is crazy to me that I know where it was left and the only person to go in that room after me was the housekeeper and now it is nowhere to be found. Plus they do not feel it is important enough to call me back.

my kids and I love the HI Express so much. we make 6-8 trips per year to Jackson and only stay at this hotel. it’s a great value compared to other hotels in the area.
