Me gusto' el servicio.

Me trataron con calidez y buena atencion.

Me gustaria que ofrecieran mayor variedad de frutas en

el desayuno. Devora es muy servicial y respetuosa.

Definitivamente recomendare' este Hotel a mis amigos y relacionados.

Espero seguir disfrutando del Holiday Inn en mis desplazamientos por todo el estado de Kentucky.

Cada vez que vaya a Danville, espero hospedarme alli.

Son personas Racistas yo tenía la reservación por IHG no me dejaron haber chekin no pude tener mi cuarto aparte me hicieron el cobro en la tarjeta con 50 dólares mas de lo que era son dos mujeres americanas

todo muy exelente . despues de 11 horas de manejo lo mas s uno desea es un cuarto un baño LIMPIO y TRANQUILIDAD y fue lo q encontramos...

Newer hotel with many nearby options for travelers to eat, drink, and be merry. Still far enough away the main roads to be quiet. Room was clean, shower was hot, big TV, and a big comfortable bed. Breakfast options were the best I've had at any Holiday Inn Express this year and if you don't try a cookie in the afternoon... you have missed out!!

Update: How insincere to apologize for the inconvenience to loyal customers for something so ridiculous. While we certainly won’t return to HIE Danville, we will likely not be staying at HIE hotels any longer if in-room coffee is no longer available. We can certainly find better places to stay that care about loyal customers.

My wife and I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express wherever we go. We have been IHG rewards members for a number of years and we generally like the consistency at Holiday Inn Express across the country. The Holiday Inn Express, Danville, KY is very clean and the staff was very nice and attentive.

However, we are early risers (4-5am) and we're older, retired people. One of the benefits of nearly all Holiday Inn Express hotels, across the country, is the in-room Keurig coffee maker. We use one at home and we bring pods with us when we travel and it allows us to have our coffee early, without trudging down to the lobby. It's convenient and we enjoy it.

The management at HIE, Danville, KY has decided that Keurig coffee pods are a threat to humanity, and that the owner-operators are so virtuous that all hotel guests should be as virtuous as they are, so as you can see in the attached photo, they no longer provide coffee makers, unless you go down to the front desk and schlepp one up to your room. Unfortunately, we aren't that virtuous, so we went to a local store and purchased a travel Keurig coffee maker and added to the threat to humanity by throwing our pods in the trashcan in our room, just like millions of people all over the world do every single day. No worries though, because we will never be back to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Danville Kentucky ever again because the owners have chosen to impose their own liberal, progressive BS over the convenience of their paying, older, non-virtuous customers.

Positive: The staff was all very friendly, the ruins were very clean and overall the breakfast selection was amazing. Negative: The only thing I would recommend is that while the rooms are being cleaned all carts should be on one side. The second day while taking my kids to the pool we had to squeeze between them. Then when leaving with luggage I had to zig zag and move one.

This is by far the best hotel in the Danville/Harrodsburg area if you're looking for an updated, modern, fresh, crisp-looking hotel with supreme staff, excellent breakfast, and very nice looking rooms with great beds. My favorite room type here is King Standard, but the double doubles are pretty nice too. The staff here is outstanding, starting with Cindy, Candice, Caitlin, and Hannah, all of whom bent over backwards to help me get situated when I changed from a more tired property nearby that had strong cleaning fluid smells. That was not the case here, thankfully. Note that during your stay you can request holding back on cleaning fluids if you're sensitive to them. This property will accommodate just about any need. Caitlin was tireless in finding me a room that I would like. Her patience was beyond compare. This was true of Hannah as well. Cindy and Candice were on the evening shift when I was there. I was in the area for a sad occasion. They were as comforting as family. Whoever is doing the hiring here cares about hiring empathetic people who go above and beyond, this was true, also, for Tyler and Cody, who did a tremendous job doing breakfast. Omelettes were surprisingly delicious as were the sausage links which I prefer to patties. The front desk store had excellent 24 hour snacking options, from delicious ramen to mac and cheese and endless ice cream options. The breakfast here was superior to the previous Danville property I stayed in. The residential floors were brightly colored and cheerful with an excellent aesthetic. Water pressure in the showers was crazy strong and greatly welcomed. Rooms with views facing the front of hotel were my favorite. I love this property. Congrats to its general manager for running a happy, bright place to stay where no detail is overlooked, the only place to stay in the area.

The front admin were beyond nice, accommodating, understanding and just top notch at their job. The manager was hands on and calming in my stressful moment. Even the chef onsite was making sure all the guest received hot fresh food and ask everyone if they needed anything and anticipated all the guest needs.

I will be staying here every time I come into Danville. Rooms are clean and stocked.
