We have been living here for 5 years now we love the location. We love the community here and the family environment that we have around us everyone is family here and we all look out for each other...Thanks to the owner and management here we have been able to build a future and gain stability the owner and manager are family to us and take care of any needs or issues we have right away...

I love the family atmosphere and have been embraced by the sense of community I have experienced for almost 10 years now. I'm renting a two-bedroom apartment which comes with all utilities and an extended cable package. It's a great deal for the money! We're close to stores, freeways and public transit; an ideal location! 😊 The manager lives on site and keeps this place working like a well-oiled machine. 😀

This place is in a great location in la mesa close to shopping and places to eat along bus line and trolly the manager Debbie is Awesome and keeps her property super clean. I was visiting a few years ago and when i came back to San Diego she was the first person i called. She was able to accommodate me for my new stay during my work transfer. Thanks Debbie you made my revisit incredible! !

The studios here are horrible. The management, Tracy Corbarubias is disgusting. All the motels and apartments are infested with roaches, some have bed bugs, and there is black mold. The owner always stands by the poor management he hires. He is a slum lord.

There is a guy named fan jerry who lives there and it is completely full of roaches its ruining the must and flourishing smells of my room

It's little and rundown I have a friend who lives there. Not a place anyone wants to stay at. Don't recommend.
