First, no matter what the host states below, my stay was not wonderful. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures online make them appear. The bathroom has mold in the grout, and the toilet fits small children perfectly, I am not a child. The hotel itself is not soundproof at all. For example, I heard the guests above me walking and clunking around....I even heard their phone alarm vibrate. I was on the 2nd floor, there is a bar in the basement. The music was so loud that the party might as well have been in my bathroom. The bar was open until 3am....Needless to say, I didn't get much rest the last 3 nights. The biggest compliant was the rooms didn't isolate any outside noise, you have been warned.

The location was great.... Centered in the middle of many bars and restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the convention center.

We paid $300/night averaged between 2 rooms, $1800+.... It was not worth it at all. There's so many other options in the area I would recommend literally anything else....

This place is not cheap enough for the bad experience of being a self check-in hotel. The area is a little sketchy at night so you don't want to be fumbling around trying to get into the hotel with a code, you have another code for the parking lot, it's all very inconvenienent. I saw one person on site who worked there my entire stay so it didn't leave you with a feeling that this was safe or if you had any issues who could address it. There are no elevators either so if you are carrying more than a light suitcase you will have to deal with that. There are a lot of other options in the area priced about the same so I'd look elsewhere.

Location in downtown long beach is great, with a few restaurants and bars within spitting distance. However, the hotel itself is poorly maintained. There were multiple cockroaches in the refrigerator, and one in the bathroom when we arrived. The shelves and towel rack was held on by a single screw, and the bathroom had cracked and moldy tiles. The windows and floors are also very thin, so plan on bringing earplugs if you would like to get any sleep. Also the bathtub doesn't fill, and the clocks were all working but completely incorrect times. Seems like an upscale hostel, not an upscale hotel.

Great little hotel for couples. Centrally located, short walk to different bars and restaurants. There's even a bar in the basement which was pretty busy the night we stayed here. All services are online as far as checking in and out. There is no need for keys as everything uses codes. No service desk but they do have a lobby with laundry services. Very affordable accommodations for a couple.

It was a beautiful spot The rooms are very nice. It was a good spot to get to places . But the only bad thing about it is that i asked for my $200 deposit back for them to hold if any damages but I have not got it back. It's been 3 days and I've been sending the messages and they are not responding. So now I don't know how to get my $200 back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! i stayed here with my mum and older brother and it was horrible. we didn’t even stay overnight. as soon as we got there, we had to walk up a flight of stairs with heavy bags and no elevator to make it easier. when we walked into the room, it absolutely reaked, the sofa bed wasn’t even a proper sofa bed, and when we texted them asking for a refund they replied with “sorry we are unable to give you a refund”. this place is horrible. i do not recommend this place at all!

The fact this is listed as a three star hotel is… shocking. Walls are thin, ceilings are thin. There were multiple cockroaches in our room, scurrying around the fridge. There are no elevators and carrying your bags up stairs suck. They are listed on multiple sites as having an elevator.
We got stuck under the penthouse and the other guests were incredibly loud. Bass playing,
Stomping, etc. So I personally don’t like the fact there’s no hotel employees here, because you’re essentially on your own.
Check out process is hidden on the website and asks you text a number that never responded.
They also ask you to take your trash out yourself, like it’s an Airbnb or something.
I disagree entirely this is a thee-star hotel. It felt like an un-manned hostel.

UPDATE: ALSO, the fact they come online to argue passive-aggressively against client google reviews is indicative of their un-professional company. What was I supposed to do upon finding their hotel is below standards, ask for an upgraded room in an old hotel with ~15 rooms?
Again, no EMPLOYEES on site, and take forever (if ever) to reply to messages through the chat in broken English. If I’m only there for a night, not a whole lot of options. Read and take your bad reviews into account instead of arguing.

Avoid this place like the plague. Bad accommodations and WORSE company interactions. Will cross post to multiple travel sites.
