What can I say! It’s an amazing facility, managed by superstar Rob and his wonderful staff. The place is totally updated, modern inside and out. The food is top notch, many types of diets available. Maintenance staff is on top of it, very helpful, clean and tidy inside and out. Close to shopping and great shuttle service. Pool Table, Movie Theater, recreation room and many other options to entertain yourself. Amazing overall! To us, we couldn’t have done it without the “Pink Ladies” service! Carol, Hector and all her fantastic staff made it so comfortable for my Mom. If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Thank you all for taking such good care of our Mom!

Hilltop estates is such a great community within our community, they are humble and offer the best services to our elderly community they provide services with passion and upbeat attitude. They are clean and well kept. They always have friendly faces ready to help. I appreciate them taking the time to talk with me about resources and ways to help the elderly community. Hilltop Estates is a fabulous Independent Living Community. Working with Luke has been such a blessing, he is so kind and knowledgeable and is such a help in navigating this stage of a persons life. The food here is delicious and everyone is so friendly. The tour I received was excellent and I was able to not only get a ton of great information about independent living, but also see the bright and spacious apartments and beautiful grounds. This community really has so many great things to offer. Thanks again Luke and Hilltop Estates staff!

I have been working with Luke Bishop for three months. He has answered every question I ask, sometimes more than once.
He has not bugged me or called too much to asking me to sign up. He is understanding that I need to sell my house before coming. I am very impressed with the atmosphere of this new home for me. Robert the manager was very supportive when my son wanted a tour also. I have come for tours three times and there was always something going on that I would have enjoyed.

After notifications that this post has been helpful over the last year, I feel it’s important update. Lots of businesses go to thru ups and downs. But I’m sad to say the food has significantly declined, the staff mentioned in my first post are no longer there, the new staff is alright but several have no patience for elderly people. The smell in the hallways is overwhelming, I have had to purchase air, fresheners myself and spray down the hallways each time I visit. I do hope there is improvement. Otherwise we may have to look for another place for my parents. For the price point, you would expect more.

I usually don’t post reviews, but this one is too important not to do so. Hilltop Estates is AMAZING! We moved my parents in last week, big adjustment for them moving to a new town and down sizing from our beautiful family home. Skeptical at first, not sure how it would work out. But to see them thriving in a community that cares about people and understands seniors is so wonderful. Let’s be real, the decors is a bit dated but clean and totally functional. The kitchen makes up for all that!!! The food is outstanding, well exceeding our expectations. I would be a miss if I didn’t mention the staff, Heather, Chef Cal, Nicole, Leah, Kayla. and many others who I can’t remember names, greeting us with open arms and if they don’t know the answer they will sure find out for you. Treating all residents with respect and an abundance of kindness. Thank You Hilltop Estates for easing our minds, knowing our parents are comfortably enjoy the next chapter in life.

Very disappointed. Liked staff, but paid 700.00 for 1 day with pink ladies, he fell and was in hospital. No refund. I gave 1 month notice, but it happened to be 28 days in February, so i had to give them not only feb, rent plus 185.00 to
make 30 days. Be careful when your spending hard earned money , that its not wasted.

Managers are awesome! All staff are actively involved with making it a stimulating and fun experience as well as safe and secure for the residents. Best value for your money.

Very nice staff. They keep folks busy if they want. Good meals. The building is spotless and beautiful decorations throughout.
