I absolutely loved living here!! My move in process was super quick and easy. Tripp went out of his way to get me in an apartment I loved. The duration of my residency here, maintenance was very quick to respond to any issues I had. I felt safe and at home the entire time. My patio was big enough for my furniture, and my apartment was very spacious. Thank you highland pointe team for making my first apartment experience the best!!

One of the best apartment experiences I have had. The manager and assistant do all they can to make living safe and fun. My kids and I can’t say this about old apartment experiences, but we can say they will truly be missed. They run the facility very well, caring, and professional.

I don’t leave many reviews, but I absolutely have to on this property. Highland Pointe Maumelle is hands down the best property I have stayed at in Maumelle. Tripp and Monica were very helpful when I needed assistance with ANYTHING and the maintenance team was prompt with any request submitted. I didn’t have any issues with my apartment other than minor maintenance upkeep. I hate that I have to leave, but I will more than likely be back just because of their professionalism. 10/10 recommend!

The complex grounds are nice, the people however, are not. Noise complaints are not taken seriously or enforced. One complaint was made, that wasn’t good enough, proof was needed. So proof was given, and apparently a conversation was had. This resulted in nothing positive, but more deliberate noise at 3 am. In return, Tripp said there was nothing he could do, and that we needed to take it up with maumelle police. There are 3 elementary children sleeping in the unit that are constantly woken up, but there is nothing he can do as the property manager. Cigarettes and rillo papers scattered right in front of the unit from this individual, but nothing can be done. “No smoking” is obviously something else they don’t enforce. Makes me wonder how much of our lease is also void.

My family have lived in this community for going on 3 years. Kendra Brock(Manager) and Thomas Martin (Assistant Manger) are the best property managers that I have encountered. They are always eager to assist with any situation that may arise. It’s very refreshing to live in a community that you don’t have to worry about the rules being broken. You don’t have to worry about the noise level being over the top. Within a beautiful community such as this, you have to expect a certain amount of noise level, but all is reasonable. The maintenance department is great and always get the job done in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept and a no tolerance for any kind of litter including pet waste. We also live in a very safe community. Thank you to the management staff and maintenance for a job well done and a community that is desirable for family living.

This Community was a great place to live. There were quite a few family and community activities that helped bring the community together in a positive way. Very pet friendly community as well. The management staff of Ms Kendra and Mr Thomas are second to none with their professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and attention to the needs of the residents. They make you feel welcome and go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance staff was friendly and prompt to any maintenance issues, which were very few, that arose. It was also a quiet and friendly place to live. If you are looking for a great place to call home, this is the place to be.

Names Kahlen, and I have lived here for a few months now and absolutely love it. This recent snow storm made me brag about the staff here and how incredible maintenance is. James, and I believe the other is named Mark..., has been incredible. Since the start of living here. Seeing them out in the snow to insure our safety was honestly a rare sight to see in my time of living at other apartments. They have helped me with every problem. The manager and everyone else here are fantastic. I am so happy I found these apartments and I continue to recommend them to others.
