We live locally and went to try the Club restaurant for a date night. We were the first ones in the door when they opened at 3:00. We were not greeted or told to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. A man at the bar and 1 lady, the bartender were the only ones in sight. She says she will be with us shortly. No problem right? They were only concerned with finding the game on tv and not two customers waiting to be served. We had no menus yet, finally comes over to take drink order. I inform her we’ve never been here so we don’t know what you serve. I was perturbed by now and she seemed to notice and just got more rude. So then we are left to decide and she just never comes back. I made the decision to get up and walk out. We live in a sleepy friendly lake town and I was flabbergasted that we were basically ignored from point of entry. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I have mix of stars - the location it’s great if you were at Damsite Marina. However, weird at Eden Isle, and it takes a while to get there. The room was fine. You can tell it was recently remodeled. Our room was upstairs and I would caution you about the stairs if you are short or older. The club has a full service bar and food. Most of the staff was very young and they were overwhelmed. I just weren’t very efficient. It took quite a long time to get drinks. Food came a lot faster. Our table had wings, burger, catfish Southwest egg rolls, cheese, curds nachos. They had live music on Friday night, but I don’t know if that’s a regular occurrence or if it was because it was the start of a holiday week. There’s a Mexican restaurant right next-door if you don’t want to eat on site. We did not try that.
All in all, it’s a decent value for what you get. We will stay there again.

Recap: stopped in to get another burger. Waited extra long. Got home bun on burger is hard as a rock. Meat super dry. Called up there and was told there is nothing they can do. I will not be going back for food!!!! 9/9/24

I stopped in to try the grill. Figured I'd get frozen made to order food! Nope!! I was wrong. Burgers will make you come back. Good job!!!

I have only been her to attend a birthday party. Also, I have eaten at the snack shop. They have both a snack shop and a bar. The rooms have all been recently all been upgraded. (I viewed on Facebook)

So, my brother got me this room because I was visiting him and he was wanting to show me how wonderful Heber was in hopes that I move up here. Well, if this first night is any indication then I will never be back.
Upon getting in the room I noticed a cigarette butt on the nightstand, like it was left like a chocolate for me or something. The place was full, witch is cool and all. However at 12: 30am there were still loud and obnoxious drunks at the pool/ active area.
I get settled in and pop a bag of popcorn, I had it there a little to long and it burnt. I opened the door so no smoke would fill the room. I stepped outside on the balcony. I look to my left and there are 2 women and a man running towards me. I think it's drunk people. Nope, that stop at my OPEN door and ask me what's going on in 15. I'm like, " um, "I burnt my popcorn".
Well this couple next to me had called The office and said they heard screams coming from the room, like someone was getting beat up.
Now, I'm the only freaking person in the room. And again MY DOOR IS WIDE THE HECK OPEN!!!!!!!
I look at them like are you serious? There a black haired lady, I'm assuming she's the head manager, she had that resting @#%& face as she looks at me and in the room and not once not twice but 3 times ask me if I took the popcorn out of the microwave. Welllll duh lady yes I did. I politely say yes ma'am. The couple that called starts back peddling at this point saying stuff like" brunt popcorn is my favorite " this manager lady looks at these people and says " if you hear anything else call us.
Absolutely no apologie for running up on me like I committed a murder. I tell the other young lady " maybe you should have started by calling the cops if you think something like that is going on. She looks at me and says I just ran up here.
As I'm writing this there are screams coming from outside and I'm watching a drunk dude stumble around the parking lot looking for his car. Like are you serious!!!@@ you are going to do all that to me but let drunks drive off from your parking lot.

I would have nit wrote this if that manger lady would have apologized to me for running up on me like that and then telling the drunk goobers next to me to call if they heard anything else.
I will not be staying here another night nor will I come back or tell anyone this is a place they should go.
I would totally think about customer service and also you never know who is staying at your business. You don't know what kind or reach or influence I have.
Please spare me your generic response as well.

This lace is amazing for the whole family. It’s so welcoming and lounging outside with kids while able to have a mixed drink is just fantastic.

This place has the softest bed I have ever laud on. I believe I was a firm kinda person but this resot had changed my mind. Lovely room woth a great bed.

The resort also had options for food and frozen yogurt, ice creams, and even southwest rolls.

We ordered a pizza last night that was really good. My wife is not a thin pizza person but loved there's.

I recommend this resort to anyone traveling through or staying in Heber Springs.
