Hawks home caused a variety of mobile homes for single room to troll room to four or five bedroom.

Single wide and double wide trailers are also available here.
Staff whom I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating.

Price is very vibe, trailer type and brand currently available.

The If many homes are quite often the same, just more cosmetics to make them look nicer.

I often found the same problems in every model in which we looked at with cracking above the doors and windows as well as below, trim coming loose not secured to the walls, doors in which would not close properly and improper installation of heating and air air conditioning vents.

Updated: 07-02-23 We are very happy with the service that we have received from Hawks Homes. Our salesman Chase went above and beyond normal efforts to make sure to answer any questions we may have had. He also would make special arrangements to meet with us several different times since we live 2 1/2 hours away. UPDATE 07-02-2023 - Service after the sale is very lacking. Discovered the underpinning was installed incorrectly 1 month after delivery, and it would blow out with 20mph wind. I called the owner about it 3 times and provided pictures. I was offered an upgrade to better underpinning for $3000.00, but he would not fix what was already installed. I just asked for the current underpinning to be installed correctly with no response. I ended up having to purchase $400 worth of materials and replacing the incorrect pieces myself. Spoke to the owner again about this and nothing. It's been 6 months since I fixed it, and there have been no issues since. The sale process went smoothly, but beware if you have problems after you get delivered.

The only thing I dislike was the prices are just so high. But that's what we're facing now I really wish I could have gotten a home from them but the customer service was very nice

I have a mobile home we purchased from this company. Our home is almost three years old. When we first bought our home trim was broken all over. The dishwasher they put in our house was broken. They didn’t come out for an entire year to fix things so that year warranty wasn’t valid they fixed the things that were broken when we moved in and basically refused to fix anything else. When I asked them to fix the dishwasher since it was broken when we moved in they said they would then never fixed it. I called many times and eventually they told us they were not coming out to fix anything else due to the one year warranty being up. The owner then told me to call an handyman and pay to get it fixed because “I’m sure it’s not that expensive”. We still don’t have a working dishwasher. Our shower had stone walls and cracked and all the surrounding areas are growing mold because there’s no way to keep the water out. The guest bathrooms shower head is literally just being held up by the drywall which I know can’t be up to code. There is a built in entertainment center in the living room and they punched out a huge hole to put in a receptacle and then just covered it up with a thin piece of wood instead of actually fixing it. In the room we’re all the receptacles are they just punched huge holes into the wall instead of cutting out squares so they are lose EVERY SINGLE ONE! Getting a mobile home was definitely cheaper than building a house but I regret buying from this company

Way too pricey, they'll have a price on a product that you see then when you walk back through the mobile home they removed it and lived at the price. So I refuse to do business in Arkansas to buy a mobile home simply because there's not enough competition to get the prices in a reasonable offer. It's not my first rodeo of buying a mobile home I like high quality versus cheaper prices. So I was after a quality brand that I'm familiar with that these two places of business one in Conway one in Bryant or Alexander no way for me to do business with people like that.
