My sister and I came to Havasu for a weekend trip. We booked this hotel and we're completely satisfied and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are newly renovated, some include kitchenettes. The price and location were very reasonable for our two day stay. We will choose this Inn every trip we make. Loved it!

We booked literally while 5 minutes away after getting treated very rudely at a previous hotel. Easy process and the owners were very nice and helpful. Pretty much 1 bedroom condos with kitchens. Plenty of parking and had room for the boat. Will definitely be returning.

Friendly owners who work very hard to make sure their guests are satisfied and happy.

Nice people always greet me with a smile. All my clients who use this relatively inexpensive hotel are pleased with everything.

This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, it's a 2.
But within that category you are certainly getting your money's worth with a safe quiet Central havasu place.

Great rooms designed for long term stay. Big refrigerators, full stove, coffee maker, nice TV with HBO and showtime, full dressers with mirrors. Good service, they will clean and do the bedding. The location is great. It's right in the middle of town. Everything within 2 miles.

Large rooms, dated bathrooms and decor which is really fitting for the West!
Friendly smiling staff. Very clean! This walls lol! Many visitors here return year after year! Excellent location and very decent pricing!

Sehr große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service. Völlig ausreichendes Frühstück und ein großer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, jedoch ein paar Meter von dem „Zentrum“ von Lake Havasu City entfernt.

Lake Havasu City ist auf jeden Fall einen Stopp wert. Tolle Restaurants und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Ein bis zwei Tag/e reichen auf jeden Fall aus, um alles zu sehen. Empfehlenswert ist die Fahrt mit der Fähre (Round Trip) zum Sonnenuntergang.

Great motel. Owners live on-site and really take their time to cultivate very healthy yard plants. Haven't seen a single bug or pest after 2 weeks of stay, and that's rare with these locally-owned motels. The staff really take their time to fill in the cracks here, and it shows. Even the live-in staff are cheery and seem to be always having a great time.
