Went to look around and the apartment's are beautiful. The complex seems very quiet and the manager greeted me with a nice friendly smile. she answered all the questions i had and gave me a small tour. Hoping to move in soon 🙂

My daughter and granddaughter moved into the Harvard Court Apartments in Lindsay California about 3-1/2 years ago. This complex is very well managed and apartments are very well appointed.

This place is a big nock off, they will take ages to fix stuff in your apartment. They are completely rude and disrespectful Even when there dishwashers, stoves and sinks need a replacement They will either take forever to give you a new one or never give you one or even say you need to pay for it. The showers and bathtubs break easily and so do there lights and door handles. I recommend not coming here. Please beware of these people's actions and never give them good reviews honestly this places sucks. Thank you for your time.

Friend recently moved in and after initial move in confusion the place and location are quite nice and quiet. Large apartments with nice rooms and parking right outside his door. Very safe and has plenty amenities including pool and exercise room.

Not the finest place to rent in Lindsay. Management does not seem to do background checks & will let anyone rent there. Maintenance never fixes what needs to be fixed & if you have a washer/dryer unit beware, because if it breaks down management will not replace the unit due to "limited quantity".

I contacted the office and scheduled an appointment first at 11:30 am and waited there for a good 20 minutes and no one showed up. The doors were locked. Then I rescheduled for a 1pm same day and they still didn’t show up. This is lazy and unprofessional.

it's good but mgr have a nasty attitude, bossy all the time ,and they raise rent price every year right after you sign the contract if you don't agree you still have to stay for a year there ,like it or not ,be careful.
