I had an amazing stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming—especially Kasundra at the front desk, who was so kind and professional. The entire hotel was spotless, and the amenities were wonderful. The large gym with pelotons, large TV and weights were a pleasant surprise, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spacious rooms were so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and relaxing stay. Great location to shopping centers.

Michelle (spelling) was the most kind front desk staff member, but all the rest were great too! Accommodated all of our requests and made the stay really nice. Clean and quiet hotel despite being on a busy road (not really walkable)

This was my first time in this place. Janette from front desk upgraded to bigger room. But when I walked in its huge room but awkward. There is light stand between to tv, couch is very far away. Whoever designed this room should be terminated.

This place is clean and staffs were very friendly and professional especially Janette.

The staff here, especially the manager Nicole, was really rude. Even though it’s a newer hotel, it felt dirty, and there were scuff marks everywhere. The area is right on a busy street so you cannot walk around. Saw some bums walking around. Not a great experience overall.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and did not match the standards of what should be a Hilton should be. It felt rundown and poorly maintained. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. This hotel seriously needs to work on its customer service. To make matters worse, the area around the hotel didn’t feel safe at night, with sketchy individuals lingering nearby. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Reviews are correct. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was sold out. There was only one working elevator. Pool was closed due to active diarrhea. It was a sold out weekend and they only had one person working. It took 30 minutes to get help with a key from the front desk. I asked for extra towels given that we had 3 people in my room, they told me we could only have two although our room slept 4. I absolutely would not recommend. The worst.

I always choose this Hampton Inn for work travel because of its cleanliness, amenities, and, most importantly, the outstanding customer service. Yesterday was a perfect example of why I keep coming back. Due to a mix-up on my travel agency’s end, my reservation was accidentally canceled. Alyssa at the front desk went above and beyond to help. She was incredibly patient as I coordinated with my travel agent, and you could tell she genuinely cared about resolving the situation. Even though the hotel was fully booked, Alyssa worked tirelessly to find me a room. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a stressful experience into a seamless one. Thank you, Alyssa, for going the extra mile!
