The employee who checked us in was super friendly and helpful! We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and I was even able to get some hot lemon tea before bed to help with my cough. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to get a room near my elderly parents’ accessible room. The hot breakfast was one of the best we’ve had…bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, etc. Will definitely stay again when back through Jonesboro!

We stayed here to bring the kids back home from st. Louis. Cassie was really sweet and nice about our situation during a snow storm. love the complimentary breakfast and waters for our trip back home. We will definitely stay here again. Financially affordable and family friendly.

This is not the latest and greatest of hotels, but it was well kept, clean, and the person at the front desk (Whitney) was very nice and helpful. The location is easy on/off from the interstate. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here a number of times. First couple of check ins were great and speedy, the last one took forever just to check in. The rooms themselves are dated and small especially for the price this hotel is charging. Breakfast is great and served early, front desk is helpful. Not bad, just not the greatest.

We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in previous years driving home from our family trip to Florida and had no complaints. But something has went seriously wrong. The main complaint is lack of cleanliness. Our bed had literal MOLD on the bed frame fabric, as well as black slimy mold in the bathroom sink under the mounted rim, very visible from the toilet. My wife has serious COPD so after discovering mold near her head after she had slept there caused major concern! Carpet may have been vacuumed at some point but looks sketchy af as far as clean.
At check out I notified the lady at the desk and I had to basically insist she make notes and take the room out of service until the issues are rectified. She just said "I'm sorry". Still charged me the $141 though...go figure.
We'll be passing by this Hampton Inn in the future.

This place is a great value! Nice, spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast offerings with lots of room to sit. It's also located near a lot of restaurants. This will be my go-to place to stay whenever I need to stay in Jonesboro.

Second time staying with Hilton. Previous stay was at a Doubletree convention center which wasn’t bad. Hampton Inn Jonesboro was nothing impressive and we should have immediately checked out but was too exhausted after being on the road for 14hrs.

I spent 5yrs working hotels and I travel every weekend the first six months of every year. Manly Choice and Marriott’s but wanted to try something new. This will be my last personal stay with Hilton unless the organization I volunteer with holds a conference at one.
