I usually wait until my stay is over to do a review but I must complete it now. I was so impressed by the welcoming spirit at the front desk. Her name is Sonya and she has some of the best customer service skills that I have encountered. Good hearty customer service is hard to come by these days so I hope the company is really taking good care of this jewel. She too her time with every customer before me. She explained my room location, parking, breakfast and that the front doors are locked for our protection. There was even an issue with the elevator. (Maybe user error) and Sonya rode up the elevator to the third floor with me to test it out. I’m floored with this positive behavior and she’s the reason people return to your hotel. I spent many years in Texas and she has true southern charm right here in California. Keep shining Sonya! We need people like you when we are away from home and have had a long day. Thank you kindly for being you.

I booked a standard room here for a couple day stay and was pleased that the room was clean, bathroom was nice and spacious, and breakfast was available daily with changes to the hot foot items so it was not the exact same every day. The gym was very nice and spacious with more equipment that usual hotel gyms. I liked that there was a place to specifically fill water bottled close to the elevator. The staff was very nice and attended to any needs. The only downside to this is the location. There are two gas stations on either side of the hotel causing for some traffic and people hanging around. The parking lot is in a fenced in area with a security guard on patrol 24/7. The hotel is also centrally located to many things off a main road, which can be loud at night occasionally. Overall I was pleased with my stay since this is a newly updated hotel.

I’m so grateful to have this Hampton Inn right near where we have to travel frequently for business. First of all, we are both in the Health space and dusty musty rooms don’t work for us! This hotel is brand new and extremely clean. Housekeeping does an excellent job without a bunch of perfume and gross stuff. The beds are good and they put microfiber cases around the pillows underneath the pillowcase which keeps it clean and hygienic. We’ve never had a foul odor coming from the air conditioners or any of that stuff. The rooms are bright modern and simple which we appreciate. The showers are clean and nicely laid out with generous counter-space And good lighting.

Secondly, their staff are warm, down to earth, and really make us feel comfortable and at home. Sonya and Kay Lynn know us by name and are so welcoming, professional, friendly and just awesome! I thought the location would be bad because of how close it is to the freeway, but I get a good nights sleep and feel grateful to have a clean comfortable place to stay.

Oh, and my favorite coffee bar is about a block away Café, Gratitude!

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The best part is the staff- especially the manager Paul, and staff Kaylyn, Sonja and Christina. They honor of their way to make sure everything is comfortable with your stay. They are very friendly and accommodating. The convenience to the freeway is nice. This is a newer hotel so it’s very clean. Hit breakfast every morning and my husband can charge his electric car as well. That’s a very nice added bonus. It’s the only place we will stay now when we are in the area. Thank you!

I stayed here this week. When there are signs plastered all over the parking lot about removing all of your items and a security guard that has to physically monitor the parking lot during the night, it’s concerning. It was also just a pain to bring in my box of print work materials out of fear that someone would break the glass of my rental vehicle just to be disappointed in the end.

While the hotel was nice and perhaps fairly new, as someone who is not from Northern California, but in town for business, I just really felt unsafe in this neighborhood. I think it’s all just worth mentioning especially if you are traveling alone and not from the area.

The new rooms are clean spacious and have comfortable beds. The free breakfast was some of the best I have had for a hotel. Fair prices and a great location.

The front desk staff - specifically Christina (daytime) and Kaylin (evening) were outstanding! I required a ground floor room as I am slightly disabled. Christina booked me in a lovely, CLEAN, conveniently located, beautifully decorated room. The bed was very comfy. (I missed the breakfast because I was so comfortable in bed!) As a retired executive in the Hospitality industry, I must say that both ladies have a wonderful future in the industry, should they pursue it. They were fabulous!
The property itself was lovely and sparkly clean. I visit friends in Concord occasionally and look forward to staying here again. My only disappointment was the charge for parking. $10 is a little high for outdoor parking. $5 would be much more reasonable. Other than that, everything was five star!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We just checked out today! We stayed at this place for about a week, and we loved it! First of all, kudos to the front desk staff who always have smiles on their faces and greet the customers as they come in or walk out. They are very accommodating and help out as much as they can! Next, the cleanliness and the ambiance of this place are top notch! Our stay here was very relaxing and gave us the energy we needed for the next days ahead of us. My 6-year-old daughter really loved our room, especially the bathroom shower! 🙂 We also loved the free breakfast! Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They knew not to disturb us, but also gave us the things we needed when we needed ‘em such as new towels, trash bags, and lotion! Oh yeah, the bathrooms have their own hand soap, shampoo, and lotion latched onto the wall. I loved it! We will definitely come back someday when we visit California again. 🙂
