My husband and I were very impressed with the RV park. It was well maintained, clean and we felt safe during our 2.5 week stay. The managers (Paul and Cheryl) were absolutely wonderful to work with. We were unsure about how long our stay would be and they worked with us on that and made it stress free. We really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism and top-notch customer service! I have a RV space here in the park, I decided to stay for a long duration because the park is quiet and clean and very clean and well taken care of. The one thing I love about this park it is off from the main road and nobody really knows that it’s there which makes it nice and quiet and peaceful. It’s a really beautiful park. Has a beautiful dog place for your animals to go and run and play you clean up after yourself. The animals can run around off leash or on leash. the people are friendly. The management is so nice Cheryl and Paul take really good care of you if you have any questions or you need any help just go to the office. They’re more than friendly to help you get anything you need or help you with anything you need. The summertime has a nice little swimming pool has a nice laundry facilities coin operated. It’s really clean. They take really good care of it. There are no public bathrooms so you have to have your own bathrooms.

Super nice facility a couple miles away from the noise of I-5. Nice dog run and landscaping throughout the park. The owners are very friendly and provided excellent communication for arrival. Very nice wide and long cement pad sites.

We reserved 1 pull through spot for Wednesday 9/18/24 through Monday 9/23/24 leaving Tuesday at noon. When we were checking in with the couple that manages the place, I told them that we would likely be leaving on Monday but not until about 3pm. She said she didn’t want us to pay for an extra day just for a late check out. I said “I have to work until 2pm, so I can’t have any issues, which is why we reserved until Tuesday”. She said “no I will refund you for Monday and you can just leave at 3pm, there won’t be any issues.” So we attend the Celebration of Life we came to town for on Saturday and on Sunday we started thinking it would be just easier if we left early early Tuesday morning. So I call the office and leave a msg. Monday morning at 10:30am I receive a call back from the office, I am working and we are busy but I take the call. I explain the situation to what is apparently someone new that we hadn’t spoken to before and she tells us there is no info about a late checkout, the space has been rented and we have to be out by noon. I told her I couldn’t leave I was working until 2pm, to which I was told that was not her problem and that if we weren’t out by noon she had been instructed to call the police and have us removed. I made her repeat it a couple more times because I couldn’t believe that my 74 year old husband and I were being threatened with police action. Finally she said “ma’am I need to know what you are going to do before I call the owner and he calls the police?” I said “Well I guess I better call my boss so I can get off work so I can pack up and be out of here before noon, thanks.”||Have we as a society become so blinded that we are willing to call the police on a 74 year old retired firefighter and his wife who were in town for a wake, and have done absolutely nothing wrong. I was mortified to have to call my boss and duck out of work so we could practically kill ourselves getting out of there before noon. I called my boss at 10:45am, we left the campground at 11:50. Thanks for nothing Green Acres RV, the next time someone says they will just stay their full reservation even though they are leaving early, just let them. Don’t set them up for all the ISSUES YOU PROMISED WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. We won’t be back, this is sneaky, unprofessional behavior and we won’t be threatened by you again!

Nice park. Quiet except the train, but even it was not too loud and maybe only came through twice. Cherie (SP?) at the front office was very sweet and helpful. It's a small park but had some pretty big rigs in it. The tenants are all quiet, and their spaces are well kept. There's lots of green areas for dogs and a pet park. It was clean and easy to get into our spot, which was a back in. We felt safe there. Sewer, water, and power are available at a reasonable rate. Thanks, Green Acres, you made our trip home all that much nicer.

I had the opportunity to stay here twice in the last month. Very nice. Reasonable rates. The site was level and concrete. Full hook up's (ours had 50 / 30 / 20 amp, water, dump, cable, wifi), quiet and enforced 5mph in park speed limit. The office staff was very welcoming and informative.||This RV park is urban not rural. There are trees and such. The space are spacious enough to keep you separated nicely from your neighbor but not massive lawns in between the sites. They have a double gated pet area, laundry facility and pool but not showers and community rest rooms. Nicely maintained and clean. ||I would definitely use again for an over night road stop again or a longer term location for a base of operations.

We weren't sure from first glance but it is an absolutely wonderful RV park, extremely clean, very friendly manager/ staff. The laundry room was spotless and spray to wipe out the tubs was provided. A sweet little oasis / fish pond by the pool area with lots of outdoor seating. We were the only ones using the pool which was well kept and refreshing. WiFi was excellent. cement pads and full hook-up. I just wish that it was closer to home so that we could return often.
