La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las habitaciones son grandes y el baño está en buenas condiciones. ||||El personal y la limpieza dejan mucho que desear, no limpian las habitaciones se limitan a vaciar papeleras, y a estirar las sábanas de la cama y no reponen las amenities.||||El personal de recepción es muy antipático y cuando se les hace una petición parece que se les esté molestando durante la siesta.||||Personal poco profesional

Caímos en este hotel por estar cerca de la playa, las instalaciones son rústicas, si bien cuenta con ascensor este es muy reducido.||Ayuda que tiene su propio servicio de cafetería, lo que no me gusto es que el checkout es a las 11 am, ni un minuto más, si te pasas te cobran 30 dólares por hora!!! ||En fin pagas el precio por estar a unos pasos de la playa.

Muy Buena ubicacion las playas estan muy cerca y son enormes y muy tranquilas, muchos lugares para comer y tomar muy cerca. El precio no es muy elevado considerando el precio de otros hoteles de la zona que son bastante elevados en general.

I had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the friendly service at check-in. The hotel's location is convenient, and the attached parking, included with the stay, is a nice perk. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to my needs. This is a great spot for those planning to explore the beach and the surrounding area.

However, I did encounter some unusual processes. When I noticed a lower rate on the hotel's official website during check-in, I inquired about a price match, but the representative informed me they don’t match their own site. While this was surprising, it wasn’t a major issue, just unexpected. Additionally, I found it unusual that my credit card was billed about two weeks before my stay, whereas I’m more accustomed to charges 24-72 hours prior.

These process-related quirks didn’t detract from the quality of my stay, but I felt they were worth noting. Overall, this is a nice place to stay for those looking for a clean, convenient base while exploring the area.

Easy to find and access. In walking distance to everything. Rates were competitive. Check in was easy.

Rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and bed was comfy! Lots of little knick knacks for a comfortable stay. Shower was a nice rain head (not like those annoying jet streams).

Area and hotel felt perfectly safe for a solo female traveller.

Only con was TV wasn't always capturing all the channels, but I made do with what I could reach.

Room & location was great. Hotel staff did not have our suite ready for us upon arrival and put us in a smaller room but still charged us for the suite. I had a conversation with the staff about just staying in the same room the next day since we had a 2yo with a pack n play plus sound machine/fan etc all set up and went grocery shopping (a lot of stuff to move with a toddler in tow). We did offer to move rooms but would like to keep the same room if it was possible. I did not know I was required to get a new quote for a new pricing before check out. When I got billed for the suite to my credit card, I called the hotel to discuss. They said there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t request a new quote for pricing for the different room. I am honestly extremely disappointed at the lack of flexibility to handle the situation after it wasn’t even our fault that the suite wasn’t ready upon arrival. They said 15 days is too far in the past to do anything & the charge stands. We did not receive early check in, in fact we didn’t get to the hotel until after 5pm, so it wasn’t like we arrived super early. I actually really enjoyed our stay, so this was incredibly frustrating. Make sure you receive a proper bill before check out, no matter how rushed you are to get the airport and traveling with kids!! If you change anything during your reservation, you have to get a new statement, because I was over charged a few hundred dollars and they won’t adjust any charges made after check out is done.

This place is amazing. I bring my son here every year for his birthday and we always have a blast comfortable beds great clean rooms and the front desk guys are awesome!! It’s my favorite place!
