I’m a reseller so I go to a LOT of estate sales. I have never spent 8 hours at one, until now.
I got so much amazing inventory. And the proprietor, David, give me a smoking deal.
I was there before opening and I liked how straightforward and organized he ran the sale. He’s no-nonsense in negotiating, but super fair at the same time.
I highly recommend using him for your estate sale, and I’ll be sure to show up and buy your stuff!

David was wonderful! I wish I had found him sooner. I had a storage unit full of items from my father who spent a lot of time researching and buying these items. I knew many had value but didn’t know where to start and we needed to stop paying for storage!. I called around and finally found David. He came at a moments notice (we had to vacate the unit) and worked for hours going through everything and separating “good” from junk with me. Then his truck came and took the “good.” He and his team spent countless hours researching and putting items up for auction. In the end we made back the cost of storage for 2.5 years!

He’s honest and does what he says he’ll do. Plus his commission is very fair. I highly recommend him and have already done so to family and friends.

Since 5 stars was the max, I checked 5 Stars but David is really deserving of 10+ stars. As a trusted Realtor I find it hard to trust anyone else to handle my clients with the same dedication and handholding as I do, David did just that. My clients were liquating their home and I brought David in to help them sell items and determine other items of value. He was diligent and detailed in his process and explaining the values.
