My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel for four days, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. Despite its two-star rating, it delivered a five-star experience in every way!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and attentiveness. Check-in was seamless, and our room was spotless, cozy, and surprisingly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful sleep each night.

We were in town for an unexpected family emergency, and the hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to commute between the hotel and the hospital—less than five minutes away. Its close proximity to historic downtown also made it convenient to explore on foot. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and any requests we had were met with prompt and friendly service.

What truly set this hotel apart was the level of care and hospitality. It may have a modest star rating, but it delivers excellence where it truly counts. This is a jewel. Just a short walk to downtown where there are great stores and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk was always helpful and friendly. They even provided a free happy hour drink in the lobby. I will always stay here when I return to Grass Valley. Great breakfast too and a coffee and tea station set up all day!

We loved staying at Gold Miners Inn lots of history on the walls of the inn people were very kind. They have happy hour snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to town. I loved this place

This hotel is perfect! The staff was nice, the free drinks were great, it was located in a nice area close to shopping and food. The breakfast in the morning was better than every other hotel during our trip. I'd definitely stay here again!

Inn molto carino, con ambientazione della lobby tipica in stile "corsa all'oro" . Camera doppia pulita ma un po' piccola. Buona la colazione. Si trova proprio accanto alla sopraelevata della Freeway ma la nostra stanza affacciava sul retro, quindi non abbiamo avuto problemi per il rumore.

If you want to experience the real America, away from the big towns, this is the place for you. It has charm, great restaurants, an excellent second-hand bookstore, nice stores and very friendly citizens. Also, its Cornish Christmas is an event worth driving out of the way for. It's also a good stop-off place as part of a road trip.
