We booked online and did contactless check-in due to COVID. We saw photos of a one-bedroom online. What we received looks a good bit smaller than what we saw in the photos. There was literally too much furniture in the living area to move around with, so we had to remove some to the patio. Our toilet was broken, which they fixed the same day. The blackout shade (or, any shade at all) was missing from the living area, so we requested that be fixed. With both services, we requested a phone call in advance due to COVID concerns, but received none - the maintenance person came unannounced. He did a fabulous job, but not the safest approach or what was agreed to. The appliances are so loud it's impossible to work or sleep while they are on. Even the ice maker is a jolt.

I don't usually post reviews, however this time I'd like to share my experience.
First of all, the apartment was great. It is big, clean and well furnished. No issues at all.
The check-in process was terrible. I wasn't able to use an elevator because of LATCH application misconfiguration. 24/7 customer service didn't pick up the phone, you're on your own. Thanks to residents who helped me to reach my floor.
The next day I talked to customer service like 5+ times and they didn't fix the LATCH app issue.
Eventually I gave up waiting and requested an early checkout and a refund which I didn't get. They proposed only 15% discount towards future stays.

Horrible property, horrible unprofessional staff, especially Anil who is on their billing team. We had to vacate the property within an hour of checking in. The property is only a few feet away from an expressway and a bus stop. There is literally a thin wall and a small pavement separating you from a busy expressway with speed limit of over 50 miles / hour. Oh, and the water didnt work in the place. Picture yourself standing near a busy highway and then imagine you put a bed and couch there. Good luck trying to have a conversation within the property let alone a nights sleep. Marketing is horribly misleading. Booking.com wasnt able to help either. When we complained to the property management, we were given the runaround. In the end, we were told they would move us to a different city (!!). Imagine showing up after a 30 hour flight, to be led to an inhospitable place and then told they would move you to a different city. When we asked for a refund, they told us to get lost. Avoid this property and this management company at all costs - you will definitely regret it. We sure did!

My entire family loved this rental. The place was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was walking distance from numerous places, including downtown, which offered great restaurants. Although I anticipated some difficulty with obtaining key fobs, garage opener, etc., it really was not that difficult. My only initial hesitation was with providing significant additional information requested by the rental company outside of my original VRBO request, which ended up being okay.

My friends and I planned a trip to California months ago thinking that this pandemic would be over by now. As our trip got closer, and one of my friends had gotten exposed to covid-19 we realized it is not safe to travel at this time. This place will not allow us to cancel or to get any of our money back due to these unforeseen circumstances. When asked to talk with a supervisor, we were denied the right to do so. Very unsatisfied with their customer service!! We will definitely will not book with this company again.

Global Luxury Suites - Fraud, took our money, three times, then quit responding after the rental term was paid in full three times., left us without accommodations.

If you ever wondered what it felt like being Gwyneth Paltrow or Rose McGowan when they were over-powered and then violently assaulted by Harvey Weinstein, who then ruin their careers and had them followed by an Israeli Black Opp team - killers for hire - and operating inside American, then this is the group you should send your money to in advance of being allowed into the property. They will tell you there are billing issues, so that you give them three different credit cards. You continue working with them, as they promise the funds taken the first two times were declined do to the billing address of the credit cards, didn't match the address on your driver's license.

You'll be just as starry-eyed at the luxuriousness of the properties, as too were those young actresses who agreed to go up to Harveys room, or back to his office, after the bars closed.

You don't notice how large Harvey is or how strong he will become when he wants what you got. You will also misjudge Global Luxury Suites, until you're saying to yourself, "Its better to put up with it, get through it, and maybe you'll end up alive."

Im telling you in advance of what the girls who heard the whispers ignored, you will be so so so sorry.

Book a motel 6, put up with the bed bugs, and send me a 'like' here for warning, and for saving you money, and being in a city where you do not know anyone and you do not have a place to sleep.

Harvey might be preferable to Global Luxury Suites, he is far less smarmy, and you might feel less clamming that GLS will no doubt make you feel, and for many many years to come.

Poor customer service and communications. I felt like having a heart attack when talking to them. Their attitude of "this is our way and the only way", "I'm the boss so this is final", and "it's not my business, you deal with it " just so rarely and shockingly exists, and yet they claim their property 4 star!
