Update: bring shampoo soap and a towel if you can! Sometimes they are short on those luxuries!

They are doing a remodel on the place and the rooms are turning out quite nice. They have kitchenettes and reasonable prices. I would recommend this place for the money its decent. Owners very cool and always friendly to us so we keep coming back.

Has its ups and downs! Owner is cool. Some roaches at night. Housekeeping should pay attention to things like walls, base boards as they are pretty dirty!

Room was dated, and shabby, it didn't feel clean.. all around dump. Plenty of residents are shady, people drinking beer outside rooms, one guy was fixing his car, and plenty of foot traffic sealed the deal, definitely do not recommend. We checked out after just a few hours. Didn't feel safe.

This room is nasty with roaches. Ms sue the owner is a great pain and ask so many questions just over the phone. The furniture is old and stale. They do not clean good at all, the walls is dirty like I said bad roach problem and the maids barely come to clean or give you towels but once or twice a week. Ms sue the owner gets upset if you ask for tissue which is not heard of and she is very mean and was very upset when I let her no she has roaches and kicked me out. This is not a good place to go, thought it be good to save money and have a kitchen but the stove barely works and I'm disgusted with the bugs and nasty appliances. The wall sockets barely work or lights .

Ok so got a room key for double beds. Went up to use the bathroom before unloading my family out and our room was dirty as if it was never cleaned. Didn't even use the bathroom. Went right up the street to CVS to get my baby some diapers and back to motel like 15 mins there and back. Went to talk to owner about them cleaning the room he said no. Asked for another double bed room and he said he was all out. I asked for a refund and he claimed I was gone for an hour which is a straight lie. So no refund. The best he could do was offer us a room with a king size bed and since he gave us no other options we took it. The 5 of us slept horribly that night and 3 of us were my children. We only chose this place because it was close to my aunt's home and we were going to spend the next day with her. The owner was deeply offended that I even asked for a cleaned room, a new room and a refund. If you want a clean place where your kids feel safe and you have piece of mind this is not it. Spend a couple bucks more right up the street because when this owner does not care about the customer let alone their small children that should speak volumes to any parents out there. If you take a look at the Interior of the rooms that should say enough. It's dirty run down and it's crawling with bugs. Horrible customer service we will never return to this disgusting place. I hope this review helps everyone.
