Anne sold one property for us by making a phone call. She got more than I thought we would and it was completely wrapped up in a week. Certainly that was an out of the ordinary situation, but it was a pretty impressive show none the less!

With a very different property she has been a committed presence. Even coming out and walking over a mile over steep, rocky brushy terrain - to get a feel for the property, she said. Worked with Tim Parsons and Anne Symington to sell real estate. I live outside of the area so I had to put a lot of trust in them. They required dual agency, which I never do, and now I remember why. They worked harder to represent the buyer than to represent me, even though I paid 100% of their commission fee. Which was also higher than the average. They really did not represent my interest at all.
