Old, moldy, and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend. The maintenance guy is a great guy tho! Laundry isn’t in-unit and breaks, and the proprietary card requires topping up from a machine that breaks, and the staff are useless to help you. Got a cough that lasted for months from all the black mold in my apartment. For your own health, safety, and sanity, stay away.

Emailed management ( manager: Whitney) for inaccurate charge and never got a response. Ended up paying false payments. They only respond when it is in their advantage. Renter beware….

So I don't actually live here. I'm a delivery driver. I had to use the elevator to the top floor to reach a customer. Immediately when going up the elevator, it made a loud bang and shook. I looked a the permit on the wall and it was expired. Hazardous Place. I'd leave pictue as proof but it seems I'm not able to.

I have lived at Fayette Arms apartments for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. It's very affordable and the service has been excellent. Remi and her team do a great job and have always been extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Fayette Arms to anyone looking for a good deal in a prime location.

I was recently going to move into Fayette Arms Apartments, but my buddy/roommate got a job in SF, so we moved there. We got refunded from Cliff for our holding deposit, and he was extremely professional and kind through the whole process.

Even when I had trouble getting my western union money order getting refunded from western union, cliff took it upon himself to help as much as possible, unlike everyone else telling me to walk to the next door. He's a really great guy!

I am resident of this complex, in general everything is ok, but it has huge problem and management don’t want to do anything about it. The packages are stealing REGULARLY, 50% of packages. Someone is stealing all from inside or full packages. For my year living here I got lost items for more then 1000$, I talked with management and they just promised do something but no actions. So be prepared for the same!

This place has roaches. Lots of them. The place was generally well maintained otherwise, but the roaches were not good to live with.

Too many dogs and way to noisy!! New management team and now much dirtier and they allowed way to many noisy dogs now!!! Missing the old cleaners and management team!!
