I have stayed here many times. And loved it. However the business is recently under new ownership and it has gone downhill in a bad way. On a recent visit with my papered service dog. I was initially refused service. Then promptly they retracted that. While ordering my food a approximately 10 year old girl working the host desk kept complaining to her mom that dogs are not allowed. The waitress asked me for my order. Then shortly after I ordered a different waitress came out and told me I had to sit outside in the dark, cold courtyard or leave. Mind you my dog was patiently laying at my feet. She said that she was sent by the owner. I left. On a previous visit approximately 2 months ago. For work again. The owner could not provide me with a reciept for my stay. This is required to expenses for business. Still 2 months later and multiple calls. And multiple reciepts from other visitors sent to me. She cannot figure out how to send me my receipt with my name and card number on it. This place went from an amazing hidden jem to absolute garbage. ||To ownership. The worthless kids who's parents bought them a business so you can have a job. I hope you read this.

The food and drinks are amazing!! Wonderful service and great taste. We road 5.5 hours on the motorcycle to get here on the random. I will come back here again just for the food. Thank you fall river!!

We were excited to check out the restaurant with new ownership. Huge improvement! Great food, drinks, and a much more aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Service was a bit slow, and the server forgot our salads all together. (To be fair we didn’t even realize until we got the check) A few kinks to work out, but overall impressed and excited to come back!

We didn’t stay there, but we had a “delicious-we will come back” meal in the restaurant. Food was fresh and the service made the meal memorable. We wish them luck - they are off to a grand start. Go make some family memories!!

We have been regulars at the FRM hotel restaurant for years. With its new ownership and radical menu changes there are pluses and minuses. We recently had the Cobb salad and to say it was mediocre is to give it far more credit than it deserved. We are of the opinion that the new owner doesn't know how to "read the room". We are told the new owner is a big city out-of-towner who doesn't understand small rural town tastes.

We purchased the golf package and we were not disappointed. New owners and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The fountain in the courtyard made it a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this jewel.

I’m sure the rest of the lunch menu is tasty, but the Fall River wild rice salad is exceptional. We had ours with grilled chicken, and everything was fresh, nicely presented, and an incredibly generous portion. We will enjoy it for at least one more meal. It’s the perfect solution for anyone with food allergies as it is wheat free and dairy free, and it’s vegan without the chicken. The setting is rustic and needs cleaning & updating eventually, but enjoy it for what it is and appreciate the history.
