One star is a bit much. Terrible condition overall, owners seem to be in over their heads in maintaining the property. Cock roaches were all over the sink and counter, towel looked like it was stained permanently about a decade ago. The heater smelled like someone urinated into it when turned on. Awful in every way, don't waste money on this flop house.

Bed Linens were dingy, towels were disgusting, had to dry with a hand towel. Shower was broken, coffee pot had no basket to hold the grounds. Even the freezer was dirty inside. Would not recommend a stay in this place unless it was a last resort.

This place is an absolute joke. Bathroom was disgusting, rooms were 98 degrees, stains on the blankets and sheets. Fire alarm wasn't attached to the wall, cigarette holes in the sheets. And it looked like there was a bullet hole in the mini fridge!! DO NOT BOOK HERE. If I could give it 0 stars I would

As we drove into the parking lot, we should have recognised the warning signs and turned around: the sign advertising "weekly rates", the boarded-up ground floor room, the kicked-in door, and the barking pit bull dog locked in a room on its own.||||Unfortunately, we parked up, and I made my way to the unattended reception. Schoolboy error on my part. After a five minute wait, the harassed receptionist arrived and found my booking. There was a sign taped to the reception wall stating that a $60 cash deposit would be required to cover any damages or anti-social behaviour. For some unknown reason (probably our "Britishness"), we were spared this particular sanction..||||A key card was issued, and we were given directions to our room on the ground floor (US "first" floor"), which was difficult to find. It turned out to be right next to the indoor pool, which was occupied by numerous excitable, loud individuals. On entering our room, it appeared spacious, but there was a very odd smell. I would describe this as a combination of the overpowering, eye-watering scent of the pool chlorine, and the stink of stale tobacco and weed in the room itself.||||On closer inspection, there was a connecting door to the adjacent room, which had, at some point in the past, been broken open, and was currently secured with the flimsiest of bolts. There was a large bed, which I sat on to test and, on pulling back the covers, discovered this to be the source of the foul stink within the room. It was indescribable, but close to a combination of smoke, sweat, and smelly feet. The pillows were horrendous, and the bedspread was peppered with cigarette burns.||||On leaving the room to check out the hotel facilities, the pool was right opposite the doorway. Eight feet deep, and no lifeguard, this is a recipe for disaster. Now that the pool had been vqcated by the rabble, the scum floating on the surface was very evident, as were the flies (or other insects) that were buzzing the surface of the "water".||||On returning to the room, I inspected the bathroom: WHAT a mistake to make!! There was a large cockroach scuttling across the floor, and more cockroaches in the towels on the rack. The shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom and, as I pulled this up to look more closely, a swarm of tiny bugs abandoned ship and congregated in the bath, only to be washed down the plug-hole by me. Absolutely disgusting!||||That was the final straw, There was NO WAY that I would expect anyone to stay in that room, and sleep in that stinking bed, let alone me and my wife. I went on to a phone app, and booked a suberb, clean hotel, a two-minute drive away. We checked in to the Fairview and checked out the same evening, two hours later.||||On leaving the Fairview, we witnessed a screaming showdown between what I can only consider to be a disgruntled sex-worker with her client(s), and the people in the next room on the second floor..||||The whole place exuded a really bad vibe. Please believe me: AVOID this hell-hole at ALL costs. It is, in my opinion, a hazard to your health and wellbeing, and the worst hotel I have EVER been associated with in sixty years on this planet.
