Hotel nuevo inaugurado en 2023. Bastante moderno y bien situado. Piscina y gimnasio de tamaño pequeño. Desayuno poco variado y con pocas opciones saludables. Las habitaciones aunque son algo mas pequeñas que el estándar del area de Fresno son nuevas, modernas y muy limpias.

I only wish that I could give 10 stars for the staff that I see each time I go to the Fairfield on west Shaw in Fresno CA. They never cease to amaze me. I do NOT sleep well so I am usually awake with the late night staff. Tony ALWAYS greats me with a smile no matter what time it is. Betha is priceless in the early am setting up breakfast. Eloy is there go to man and can be seen with a smile all over the hotel. I go back for the service. Smart management for keeping such good staff.

This was a really good experience when a business meeting took me to Fresno. My son traveled with me, and the rooms were of a good size, and very comfortable. Parking is free and the hotel is modern and quiet. It has a pool and small fitness centre. Great value for money and friendly staff.

The bathroom shower was dirty and when I stepped out of the shower my clean, wet feet made mud on the floor from how dirty the floor was. The bottom sheet wasn't even on the mattress just laid under the top sheet so I had to make the bed. I was really disappointed by this hotel. The very worst part was how you can hear everything from the person below you talking, the person next to you phone ringing, the person across the hall opening their door, tv noise from everywhere. This is the most unsound proof hotel I've ever been in. The breakfast was really good and the night staff was really nice

This hotel is wonderful, convenient, and is staffed by excellent people. One person in my party had an allergy to the soap shampoo and conditioner, and within 45 mintues of informing Faith at the front desk, they had already brought us some we could use!

Highly recommend staying here for your next trip to/through fresno .

Staff is very friendly. Room and hotel clean. Small fridge froze everything including food. Marriott properties on the east side on Shaw have better choices of restaurants. Otherwise, this area is safe and no concerns.

Tony who was at the front desk was awesome! So efficient, such a good staff member, friendly and very helpful. He has a great personality and was great. The breakfast was very complete and good and the rooms were really good.

Lots of amenities, great staff, and great value! The staff were very kind and allowed us to keep our baggage at the hotel before check-in. The room featured a small kitchen with a dishwasher, small stove, fridge, and even some plates. It also had a TV (which unfortunately was not working, and many power outlets. The breakfast bar closes at 9 and has many items, including a waffle machine.
