El manejador no tiene buena atención a cliente. Definitivamente NO recomiendo hacer uso de sus instalaciones.

It looks like placing two TV screens in the same room is their definition of luxury. However, both screens reacted to the same remote control simultaneously. Closet sliding door obstructed coffee maker when open. The switch at the entrance didn't turn on all lamps in a very spacious room leaving us trying to figure out the location of the switches to standalone lighting fixtures, meaning guests better check in at their earliest convenience. But the mattress was comfy, the shower was excellent, and the bathroom had a separate section for makeup removal by the door. Continental breakfast, that was included in the price, was decent. The service desk clerk was very helpful, providing us tons of information about both the hotel, and the surrounding area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Why not? It was New Year's Eve!

I expected better from a Marriott level hotel. Rooms and lobby were clean and well maintained. They charge $15 a day for parking for no reason at all other than greed, the Holiday Inn just a half block down the road has free parking.

Also, the breakfast was only okay and didn't have so many items. They ran out of plates and bowls and took forever to make the morning coffee (there were probably 10 people standing around waiting for coffee and basic plates).

The Holiday Inn down the road is cheaper, better quality and no charge for parking. I would rather stay there next time and will tell others to do the same.

My room was great. Everything was clean. My bed was very comfortable. I want to mention Joshlyn was super. One of the morning’s kitchen staff didn’t show and she came in and got everything together as quickly and efficiently as possible. She was very helpful at the desk also when I checked in.

Upon arriving my first impression was favorable; the lobby and room were spacious, contemporary and clean with nice decor. I stayed two nights. The first night the thermostat in my room did not work and I had no heat. The guy at the front desk said there was no one available to attend to it (it was after midnight), they didn't have a space heater (I asked for one) and there were no other rooms available. When I discussed it with the front desk the next morning, there was no apology or room credit offered. Additionally, there was considerable noise from above, what sounded like fast footsteps/running (there was a floor above me). I asked for a top floor room with heat for my second night. That one had plumbing issues. The toilet didn't flush well and would run on it's own for a few seconds every once in a while, and the water from the sink faucet had a bad odor, like sulfur. Lastly, while the staff was polite they were not particularly friendly, accommodating or personable, and helpful communication was not offered. For example, I had asked what time breakfast was when I checked in and was told 7:00 - 10:00. When I came down a little past 9:30 the second morning of my stay, they had taken the food away which is how I found out breakfast ended at 9:30 that day. This is just one example of several. Generally, none of the staff showed any concern if I was inconvenienced, including the manager, and if I didn't think to ask the right question, pertinent info was not provided. The manager did ultimately apply a 20% credit to my bill for the night without heat as I was not going to let that issue drop.
