Unbelievably unprofessional. I do not understand, as an American we are given support to seek information yet the people hired to work in these agencies are not knowledgable and verbally aggressive. Does anyone from their team monitor the calls? Does anyone read the reviews? Does anyone get alarmed that so many residents are not satisfied with the Fair Housing Foundation? As a resident in California, do we have to accept to be treated so savagely? I spoke with someone by the name of Irene or Ereene and she was literally playing mind games to the point where I put the call on speaker for my colleagues to hear and they were flabbergasted by her behavior. She did not even know the answers to simple questions. I will definitely complain, this is unreal, to think that our cities are signing contracts with people who waste your time is unethical.

Wow, this place is really unprofessional. I called couple days ago regarding some terms in my lease. They returned the call couple days after. Btween then, I have did some research and called couple other real estate agents and attorney regarding this issue.

The young guy was really impatient when he talked to me and gave me totally wrong advice. After I challenged him and pointing out what he said was not true. He told me this foundation was mostly to negotiate with the landlord if changes need to be done to the premises or if the rental is unsafe to continue for living and they can help to break the lease. They have no specialty to handle regular lease problems or resolve disputes. He then gave me a phone number to general legal service for orange county.

But seriously, if you don't know something, you don't pretend you know. What happens if I didnt have the information i had, I probably will buy what he said and lose a lot of money! Don't even call this place.

Absolutely useless and even harmful organization. I have been dealing with a very abusive landlord and they never gave me any useful information. My wife even returned crying after a meeting with them. They are cold, uncaring and rude. The agent I just spoke told me she cannot give me any advice because it is against the law. What help are they if they cannot give you advice? Who is funding them? Fair Housing is a different organization which is much better but they are not serving my city - they are much better, professional and caring and helpful.

Called AGAIN on 9/27/22 with inquiries about how to resolve the problem of seeing tenant furniture BLOCKING FIRE EXITS at the Los Alisos at Mission Viejo apartments. Our leasing office could care less, as I've contacted them multiple times. Now the foundation isn't calling me back either. My best advice: don't bother looking to rent here and don't bother contacting the foundation.

Spoke to a woman by the name of Sonya Vartos and she was so incredibly rude. She took what i was telling her personal. Was so condescending and no help at all. After reading these other reviews i would say their counselors need to enroll into a communications class.

Regardless of when you call and how many messages you leave, this “organization” must have horrible management and employees. It’s as worthless as a $3 dollar bill.

their siding with the landlords makes me very suspicious.I wonder if the landlords of orange county are paying them.
