Habíamos reservado este hotel por alrededor de 10 días, estábamos hospedados mi esposo yo y mi bebé de 3 meses... decidimos salirnos del hotel al cuarto día a las 10:30 de la noche ya que nos dimos cuenta que las camas tienen chinches y habían picado a mi bebé por todo el cuerpo!!!
A nosotros también nos picaron pero la más afectada fue mi bebé... PÉSIMO LUGAR APARTE QUE SOLO TE OFRECEN LIMPIEZA DE HABITACION CADA SEMANA!! DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO 😡

I have been staying here for a few weeks and the service in the evening has been amazing. Sahara is so friendly and always going the extra mile to obtain the things I need to make this feel like my home away from home. Some evenings I ask for 1 item and other nights 10 things. She always comes through with a smile and always ensures I have what I need. Thank you for always providing clean towels and bedding upon my request.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Love the kitchen with a full size refrigerator and little stove top with 2 burners. There's a no oven but that was expected. The amenities for the kitchen were delivered. You can choose what you need. Saucepans, skillet, utensils and plateware. A coffee maker and toaster are available too.The beds are super comfy. 😃 The grounds are tidy with dog waste stations. We will definitely be back!!!

I was just visiting a friend there but it was very nice. The room had a mini kitchen And a Bar to eat at. The air conditioner did not work and was very loud. But other than that it was very nice

Never to stay here again. I have been to Extended Stay America in the past however, this place is no where a match to what I have experienced in the past. We had a late check-in. The room was pathetic overall. The floor was dusty and dirty, appeared as if it was not swept or mopped. The window panel was tilted and could barely close completely. The window locks were broken. The bathroom door wouldn't close (door wouldn't fit into the frame). The commode seat was broken. We booked 2 double bed room for a total of 2 adults and 2 kids and the room had only 2 pillows. When I called up the front desk, the person in charge bluntly mentioned they may not have any more pillows. Upon requesting again she said she will go look around to find more pillows. She also mentioned that I need to come at the front desk to take the pillows (if she finds) and she wouldn't come and give it to us in the room.
She handed me one pillow (with pillow cover put on) and the other pillow without a cover (gave a cover separately).

Positive: Beds are comfortable, close to the beach, it was nice having a kitchenette and most of the staff was really nice. Negative: Outdated rooms, cleaning of rooms especially the floors is really bad, roaches in my room, some cameras don?t work, not as safe as I wanted to be because people prop outside doors open, poor quality poop bags for dogs, breakfast is awful, w&d expensive
