Please avoid this hotel. Somebody broke into my room, but the door was not forced. Some items went missing, they don't have cameras pointing to the hallways. The manager told me they were going to contact me, but I never receiver even an apologize.
Eviten este hotel. Alguien entró en mi cuarto sin haber forzado la puerta, todas mis cosas estaban revueltas y faltaban algunas, otras las dejaron escondidas debajo de la cama, por lo que asumo que pensaban regresar después por ellas. La gerencia no ofreció ninguna ayuda, quedaron en contactarme y nunca lo hicieron, ni siquiera me ofrecieron una disculpa. No sólo dejan en mal al hotel, sino a toda la cadena.

No me gustó me trataron mal avían cucas en la avitacion telas de arañas en la oficina tenían un perro que ladraba no dejaba escuchar lo que uno ablava pésimo personal

Un lugar cómodo y tranquilo

The staff here are great. Every member of the team is courteous, friendly, trained and they do their job well. I am going on my 3rd week now and plan to stay here for the rest of the year. It feels like home. This place is 90% occupied, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it from the outside. There is plenty of parking, a security guard at night, and someone is always available, even after midnight, which is their latest check in time. ||Arabella, one of the morning managers, was very helpfull on the morning of Thanksgiving Day. 6:30 am I went downstairs to the office for a cup of coffee and some free breakfast goodies. Upon returning to my room, my card key would not unlock the door. I'm in my shorts, slippers on, snacks falling out of my pockets, not ready for the world you could say. Lol. After trying a few card keys, Arabella came to my room, pulled out a fancy piece of equipment and opened the door. She said maintenance starts at 9am and that she will send him to check out the door lock. 9:01 AM, Bill is at my door. 10 minutes later he's done. He did all the work outside my room. Didn't come in and didnt chat it up with me. Lock still works today. Almost 3 weeks later. Fixed it right the 1st time. I like that.||Housekeepers are good at making the rooms ready for new guests. Upon opening the door, I found the room to be freshly remodeled and furnished with everything I would need to cook my own food. An apartment sized refrigerator big enough that you could go shopping and fill it up with food to last you for weeks. Thats what I did. My bed looked and felt like it was brand new. Pristine is the word I would use. Sheets, pillow cases and bed cover were all bright white, and no stains. Sleeping in it made me feel like I was the 1st person to ever use the bed. I know that's not true but still it felt like it.||It's a nice place and I have met a few long term guests. Nice people that call this hotel HOME. Professionally managed. This place is no mom n pop motel like Motel 6 or The Travel Lodge. 2 places I DO NOT recommend you stay at. ||Thank you ESA. I will rent again when I need a place to stay in the future. Bye for now : D )

Our room was clean upon first look. We opened the bed to find food crumbs, stains and lots of long hair. Obviously the bed had not been cleaned. Our socks were black from walking around the room. I called and asked for a new room, none was available, housekeeping was unavailable. So i got clean sheets and changed the bed myself. I would have left, but it was already 11pm. All other hotels nearby were sold out, thats how we ended up here in the first place. The employee was so kind and tried to help me in any way she could. Will not ever stay here or recommend extended stay to anyone. Absolutely disgusting.

I enjoyed the breakfast and was also pleased with workers at this specific location. Malika was wonderful and the manager was on they sh** if I might say so myself. Thank you for making our stay better. And the morning crew. I'm coming back to stay again...
