Conveniente i agusto

Positive: I love the staff. They are all very nice and accommodating. They have the knowledge and know what they are doing. U can ask anything and they have the answers. And they really work with you considering everyone?s different situations which is amazing. Negative: I can?t say there is anything I don?t like. It has a kitchen breakfast coffee for you in the morning. It?s like your own little studio. Very comfortable.

The place was truly nice and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The professionalism of the team greatly impressed me, and I particularly want to commend Sadat for his exceptional customer service. He was very attentive and made my experience even better.
Additionally, I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen available; it certainly added convenience to my stay

I love everything about this Hotel here at Extended Stay. “There customer service is second to none”. The rooms cleanness is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectation every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Richard (manager) will go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. And Darlene in the front office staff her customer service is always 110% because she greets each one with a smile full of kindness. Thank you Extended Stay for my excellent stay.

Rooms are very dated, it was a non smoking room, however room smelled like a musty smokers home. Breakfast consists of coffee and nutrigrain bar or small muffin. One the plus side front desk lady was pleasant, quiet area.

This was a tough review to make because the service was amazing as far as the employees and staff this place could use some well-deserved upgrades. I had a situation where I was locked out of my room with my newborn inside, and the staff went above and beyond, basically broken their own room to get to my child. The manager was more than willing to oblige for outdated equipment. I don’t know where I would get service as good as this anywhere else the staff deserves a five star hotel unfortunately it is an old hotel with a much deserved need of a makeover to match it team.After my two weeks here, I definitely will return because of them

I had such a bad experience, the room was a mess. I tried to upgraded to a better room and they said all the rooms are the same . It was dirty, smells bad and little animal crawling under the bed. I stay there 40min and tried to cancel my reservation, but they still charge me a full night just for sitting on the bed . This is the first time I do a review, but I had such a bad experience.

We had a pleasant stay. Area was quiet. Our room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in. We notified the front desk the next morning, and they fixed it. You can definitely tell the building is older, and could stand to have some upgrades, but overall our stay was nice!
