Ese lugar no se los recomiendo porque nosotros venimos de Los Angeles hicimos la reservación y al momento que hicimos el Check in , Nos dijeron que no habia ninguna reservación presentamos la comfirmación y aun asi ellos no encontraron nuestra información. Nos fuimos del lugar porque mucha gente se estaban llendo del lugar porque tambien habian reservado y nunca encontraron la información . Por eso ese lugar no se los recomiendo.

Ms. Jackson is always friendly and helpful, and kids loved spacious room and welcoming staff. However, the maintenance worker (white male in a gray/black shirt) who came to fix bathroom sink didn’t seem as friendly. He gave the impression that he wasn’t enthusiastic about his work. Aside from this, everyone else was warm, charming, and made our stay enjoyable.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY. It is horrible like a CRACK HOUSE everything is broken down and so filthy & old.
It stinks like feces & urine EVERY WHERE.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with an unpleasant smell, and I began to experience an allergic reaction.
We proceeded to the front desk to request a refund from the receptionist, Cecilia. She informed us that they would inspect the room to determine if it had been occupied. We insisted that she come to assess the room immediately to ensure transparency regarding our refund request. Cecilia did not come to inspect the room and mentioned that they would check it later. I requested to speak with the manager, but none was available at that time. We agreed to call the manager.
When I called, I spoke with the manager, Durga Dhakal, to inquire about the status of my refund. He did not request any information and simply stated that a refund could not be issued because the bathroom appeared to be used. I clarified that I had not touched anything in that unclean bathroom. He claimed to have taken photos of the restroom. I asked him to email me those photos to prove that the restroom had been used. He hesitated and eventually admitted that he did not have any photos.
Avoid this place; you risk being robbed. The staff is horrible, customer service is terrible, and there are FLEAS, ROACHES & MICE everywhere.

Stayed here last minute due to an unexpected visit to my parents and I could not be any happier with the amazing service and cleanliness of my room. Thank you so much to Leslie managing the front desk for the exceptional service and patience. If I'm ever in town again I know where to stay!

Someone was shot & killed in the lobby.. will not stay again.. The manager called me, was very disrespectful and said I made this up. I do in fact have the case number from the Richmond Police Department and will be seeking compensation. This is insane the manager is lying to cover his own @ss - DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

Also the keys seem to not work once you leave the room.. I had to go to the front desk everytime I left the room.. I advised the manager to check his cameras because this would be seen. Front desk & maint man had to come uplock my room.

The staff were friendly for the three nights we stayed. Rooms and lobby were clean.The location worked ok for us. Bed was comfortable and clean. I'd live here if I could.
