I'm not going to add the photo of the roaches but please know they have roaches badly okay I haven't been to this hotel in many years but even then they had a roach infestation and they still do but they also have $200,000 cars in the front parking. Like I don't own a $20,000 car but I also don't have roaches. And if they have sprayed they should get their money back because whoever company they paid did nothing to help the situation and when I try to inform the lady at the desk her and her son were so upset about how much money they so-called paid to get rid of the infestation they were like you should just leave I'm like I'm leaving anyway but I killed six roaches and two of them were babies. And sad to say that was me getting up taking a shower putting my clothes on getting ready to get back on the highway cuz had I seen them I would have immediately asked for a freaking refund

It was terrible!!! Pillows were disgusting! Cigarette holes in bedding when I got a non smoking room. Had to kill a wasp after I got into my pjs then went shaking out the sheets and sure enough there were a couple tiny spiders in the bed ? can’t even get the tv off of mute because the remote isn’t programmed but I don’t even care at this point…unfortunately I’m stuck here for the night and I just really wish I was home

UPDATE 4/18/2022 to add information useful for visitors to Pine Bluff. Few amenities available. Rooms have recently been remodeled and are still nice. There are usually people coming in and out at any and all hours. This is NOT a place to bring your kids, young or old.

This was an okay place for my family of four to stay for 12 weeks.

They were slowly renovating. If I needed anything the housekeepers were very helpful. My room smelled fresh upon entering. I never saw bugs of any sort.

I would see the occasional sketchy character in the parking lot but I was never frightened.

If you are a picky person I'll advise you to avoid this place ahead of time.

Called ahead the night before my grandfather's funeral to make sure I would be able to get in my room so we could change clothes for his funeral. The woman I spoke to said there would be no problem and took my name as well I told her I would get into town about 8am. I get there and the man at the desk refused to let me have the room. He pretty much told me to get out. That he wasn't going to give me the room early that I would have to wait until 11am and I attempted to explain to him that my grandfather's funeral was @10am but he didn't want hear anything I had to say. That is when he said get out. Never expected to be treated like that. If there was a way to give zero stars that's what it would be. He showed no compassion at all.

It was a place to sleep. The room was good and slept well. Getting the guy to the front desk was like pulling teeth. It was a highly active place. Overall I've stayed in worse

Rooms are not bad for the price. The night desk clerk, Jim, is the best one the staff. Don't know about the mid shift... "So-called" owner has a very nasty attitude. An "undercover" racist... Piss poor customer service... Under the right management, could be a lot better...

Do not book a reservation with them they will not refund your money. I booked a room during the power outage in April and their power was out. I was unable to her my money back for two rooms totaling$100 after their power was out and could not accommodate me. You would do better to sleep in your car.
