My husband and I celebrated our anniversary weekend in one of the treehouses in December before Christmas. It was a magical place to stay, clean and inviting! We loved the jacuzzi tub for two and the gas fireplace. Also a nice, festive touch with the lights and Christmas tree and games/movies in the room. The king bed was comfortable, and we were plenty warm in the room with the extra space heater, too, which they asked us to leave on in in the bathroom during the cold nights.

I recently got married at Eureka Springs Treehouses caves and castles, it was a magical experience! The grounds were very clean, well decorated and gated off, the staff were very respectful and on time! And the waterfall wedding chapel was small but very beautiful! We had a great time and we'll definitely be coming back for an anniversary

Our first time stay in Eureka Springs was just awesome and staying in a tree house at Eureka Springs Treehouses made it even more memorable. Prior to our arrival I had a few questions and they were quick to answer. We celebrated our 10th anniversary and purchased the anniversary surprise package and it did not disappoint. They had some champagne, a cake, a few little snacks, and a bath soap/lotion set for us and the room was decorated very cute. The houses are in a gated area and they are nice and spacious. Express check- in was easy and they provided lots of information on how to request additional supplies and check out. They also gave some suggestions on places to eat (EVERY place we ate at was AMAZING). I highly recommend Eurka Spring Treehouses. I plan to stay in a cave next time!

Truly magical! From the comfortable king sized bed to the fluffy bath towels, everything was top-notch! It was the PERFECT place for a romantic getaway, complete with fireplace and jacuzzi. We had a delightful time. Absolutely amazing and we will be back!

Everything about our stay was amazing and beautiful! Every morning The property is full of wildlife, including deer, Squirrels and birds. The trees surrounding the property are beautiful, the room was very clean and extremely well thought out when building. There is room for everything you need the private back Porch of our castle was a nice touch, the two person Jacuzzi was amazing and I could not recommend the anniversary package enough! The staff was even thoughtful enough to leave us. A handwritten note, congratulating us on our honeymoon and thanking us for staying in one of their rooms, they also left us a complementary welcome basket with snacks to make sure we had things to snack on before we stocked up our room for our stay.
10 out of 10 would recommend experiencing this place! Me and my new wife have never gone on a vacation before until this due to traveling being so expensive, but the prices were very Fair, especially considering how clean and nice everything was, They could easily charge more for what we experienced, but because the The price is when it is, it allowed us to experience this and will for sure be coming back!

UPDATE: Changing Service from 1 to 5. Seemed to be a miscommunication in the office. All issues resolved. Appreciate the call.
We arrived on Christmas eve so did not know shower would be non-functional until next day - Christmas Day. Respecting the holiday for others, we did not call to inform of broken shower. We decided that after 2 days of no shower (I tried to repair) that we would leave even knowing we paid the 3-night minimum. Breakages happen, however when checking out we asked the person that took our call that we were leaving early due to no shower and would appreciate a return call. Service would be higher if a call was made. The room and location was great, however we remember the Service treatment of no call back is what we will also remember.

Absolutely Wonderful! This was our first stay with Eureka Springs Treehouses, Caves, Castles, and Hobbits; and boy were we impressed! We used express check in, super easy and convenient. Instructions were simple to follow. The property is absolutely stunning. Full of picturesque Ozark rolling hills and trees. It was very cold while we visited, so we didn't see much wildlife. Parking was situated near our lodging. We stayed in the Venice Treehouse. It was beautifully decorated, very nicely done. The room was very clean. Pleasant music was playing when we entered and there was a basket of snacks with a lovely welcome note from the managers. We were married the second day of our stay and I have to say that the private ceremony in the on site Waterfall Chapel was perfect for us. A lovely staff member took pictures for us during our ceremony as part of our wedding package and took pictures after. She went above and beyond! We are so impressed with our pictures! Our package also included having our room decorated after the wedding and the elves at Eureka Springs Treehouses did so beautifully! They set us up with the most romantic evening with candle light, music and rose petals! We even had champagne and a small wedding cake! So wonderful! So happy! Looking forward to our next stay at Eureka Springs Treehouses, Caves, Castles and Hobbits!

We have had the best stays both times! My husband and I have told everyone how simple and beautiful our elopement was during our first stay when we stayed in the Hogsveil Cottages. ||This second stay we really enjoyed the Kauai Grotto, the shower was amazing! We are so looking forward to many stays in the future!
