I’m not a resident, but I scheduled a tour. Firstly they called 2 days before to confirm and I noted I would be there. Now the day of, they call me again but I didn’t see the call because I was unavailable and headed there at my scheduled time. The management was extremely rude. The leasing office door was locked but we could see the someone inside having lunch. She just started at us while we waited outside, another lady came out and asked if we could wait another 15 mins for the showing, even thought my appontement was at 1 pm, and I was ON TIME. So unprofessional, if the person did miss the confirmation call, wouldn’t you wait at least 5/10 mins before assuming they’re not showing. I Honestly liked the complex layout, but management was a complete turn off.

This has been the worst experience getting an apartment. The apartment managers/ agents don't pick up the phones. They rush you when you call and they make it extremely difficult to get answers and to get In touch. The online application was convenient but to ask questions it's hard to talk to someone over the phone. I work a 9-5 mon- Fri and they are not open during the weekends so speaking to someone during my lunch would be convenient. I've left several emails, text messages, voice mails and they don't respond. I paid 205 in total for the application and fees and they don't want to give me my money back although I tried to get everything done before the 72 hrs. Don't recommend. Apartments are beautiful but are handled by unprofessional people . One of the agents although I sent the paperwork for the ESA said she couldn't accommodate me until a month away .

Terrible apartment complex with terrible management in the office. Every person who’s worked in the office does not respond to emails or get any work orders completed and when you go in there they are very rude and degrading. To get anything done you have to go through a hop skip and a jump. Not worth your money to live here. Eliese and Amalia are not professional in the office. Not to mention they do not give you your deposit back when you move out. Be careful

I have been a resident of Ellwood Apartments for more tan ten years. The staff is supportive and takes care of issues quickly. The laundry room is very clean with excellent systems. The pool area has recently been updated with new furniture and two gas grills. Parking is a bit of a problem with limited street parking. The grounds are very well taken care of and are safe and quite. Rents are fair for the Pleasant Hill market. come take a look

They approved me for an apartment, but are extremely difficult to reach. I have tried calling and emailing with little to no effort from them to get in touch back. I Still had questions before signing their online lease contract. They gladly took my application money, others beware.

Used to be a great place, but multiple different owners have let it deteriorate. Grounds not kept up. Too many low life sectuon 8 tenants.

WAY over market price for tiny, sq. ft. apt. One closet! Pool isn't heated, Jacuzzi always out of working order. Make sure you get INTO an apt before
you make a decision.
